Aquests es porten a terme en 3 fases:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Es crea l\u2019alian\u00e7a entre els i les mestres o professorat dels centres educatius, l\u2019equip educatiu del CdA i entitats de la Xarxa. Es planifiquen els projectes, es fa formaci\u00f3 i es planteja un ep\u00edtom (a prim\u00e0ria), \u00e9s a dir, una idea o acci\u00f3 que presenti la situaci\u00f3-problema, que sigui estimulant i pugui generar preguntes.<\/li>\n<li>Es realitzen activitats amb l\u2019alumnat, tant les pr\u00f2pies del CdA, com les elaborades per les escoles o instituts.<\/li>\n<li>I al tercer trimestre es duu a terme una acci\u00f3 final que permet que els alumnes puguin ser agents actius en la cerca de solucions a la problem\u00e0tica exposada i es tanca amb una avaluaci\u00f3 dels projectes.
