Consisteix en facilitar als docents recentment titulats el suport durant els primers anys d\u2019exercici professional a trav\u00e9s de la mentoria, la formaci\u00f3 i l\u2019assessorament.<\/p>\n<p>Cada curs s\u2019oferiran 100 places per a docents novells de secund\u00e0ria i 150 places per als de prim\u00e0ria. Per fer-ho possible, se seleccionaran 60 centres de formaci\u00f3 i es formaran fins a 85 docents mentors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Docent mentor, docent novell<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les dues figures clau del programa Sensei s\u00f3n el docent novell que accedeix a la professi\u00f3 i el docent mentor com a referent personal i professional durant l\u2019any de resid\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El\u00a0<strong>mentor<\/strong>\u00a0disposar\u00e0 dels seg\u00fcents recursos: reducci\u00f3 de fins a un m\u00e0xim de la meitat de la c\u00e0rrega lectiva-; programa formatiu; orientacions i guies; acompanyament per part d\u2019experts; i participaci\u00f3 mensual en comunitat de pr\u00e0ctica de docents en mentoria.<\/li>\n<li>El\u00a0<strong>docent novell<\/strong>\u00a0no formar\u00e0 part de la plantilla estructural del centre. La seva dedicaci\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria \u2013de 37,5 hores setmanals- es distribuir\u00e0 de forma equitativa entre la part pr\u00e0ctica al centre i la te\u00f2rica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La part te\u00f2rica inclour\u00e0 seminaris, tallers, c\u00e0psules formatives en l\u00ednia, resid\u00e8ncies en altres centres i la participaci\u00f3 en comunitats d\u2019aprenentatge amb docents d\u2019altres centres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Formaci\u00f3 permanent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El projecte de desenvolupament professional docent s\u2019emmarca en l\u2019Agenda 2030 de la Uni\u00f3 Europea i inclou tamb\u00e9 la revisi\u00f3 i actualitzaci\u00f3 dels plans de formaci\u00f3 permanent del professorat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els propers dos cursos escolars es posar\u00e0 en marxa un nou programa pilot, anomenat Sensei, de resid\u00e8ncia inicial docent.
