Amb l\u2019objectiu de promoure estils de vida cada vegada m\u00e9s saludables, els promotors de l\u2019equip del Fes-ho b\u00e9, han llan\u00e7at una nova infografia i un v\u00eddeo amb la muntanya com a met\u00e0fora de la consecuci\u00f3 d\u2019un repte. L\u2019equip vol posar \u00e8mfasi en avan\u00e7ar progressivament cap a aquests objectius, a fi d\u2019acostar-se a un estil de vida saludable. Cada infant parteix de situacions diferents i punts de partida diversos, per\u00f2 avan\u00e7ar cap a la conquesta d\u2019aquests prop\u00f2sits, per petits que siguin, ajuden a millorar la salut.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019equip motor del projecte <span class=\"il\">Fes<\/span>-ho b\u00e9 llan\u00e7a la primera infografia de l&#8217;any amb nous prop\u00f2sits per a conscienciar la poblaci\u00f3 de la import\u00e0ncia de mantenir uns bons h\u00e0bits saludables i prevenir problemes de salut en els m\u00e9s joves.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Segons dades de l&#8217;Enquesta de Salut de Catalunya, 1 de cada 3 infants de 6 a 12 anys tenen exc\u00e9s de pes.<\/li>\n<li>A la Catalunya Central, gaireb\u00e9 un ter\u00e7 (28%) dels infants i joves de menys de 14 anys dormen menys de les 9h recomanades.<\/li>\n<li>El 43,7% dels joves passen 2 o m\u00e9s hores di\u00e0ries davant les pantalles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sota el lema
