Una de les funcions de les facilitadores \u00e9s apoderar a l\u2019equip impulsor perqu\u00e8 esdevingui motor de canvi i capacitar-lo perqu\u00e8 faci un bon acompanyament als docents en l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 dels nous Curr\u00edculums, que de ben segur molts centres que es troben al PAcTE\/Eines del canvi ja han iniciat.<\/p>\n<p>El nou equip de facilitadores a la Catalunya Central hem fet una trobada als Serveis Territorials per a continuar compartint significats i aprofundir en aquells aspectes claus del curr\u00edculum perqu\u00e8 orientin les accions de totes les facilitadores en l\u2019acompanyament dels centres que estan en proc\u00e9s de transformaci\u00f3 educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Us presentem el nou equip de facilitadores per aquest curs
