La trobada es va dur a terme a la sala U d\u2019Octubre de la Biblioteca Pilar\u00edn Bay\u00e8s de Vic, un espai c\u00e0lid i inspirador que va afavorir el treball compartit i la reflexi\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 va ser condu\u00efda per la professora <strong>Begonya Folch,<\/strong> que, amb la seva expertesa i una traject\u00f2ria \u00e0mpliament reconeguda, va guiar els assistents cap a una mirada profunda, cr\u00edtica i alhora pr\u00e0ctica sobre la segona dimensi\u00f3 de la qualitat educativa, centrada en les pr\u00e0ctiques educatives i, molt especialment, en la personalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per comen\u00e7ar, es va proposar una din\u00e0mica en parelles al voltant de, \u201ccompartir una situaci\u00f3, un moment, una experi\u00e8ncia recent que ens ha connectat de manera profunda amb la nostra professi\u00f3\u201d.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest primer exercici va permetre posar en valor les viv\u00e8ncies personals i la dimensi\u00f3 emocional de la pr\u00e0ctica docent. Aquest treball inicial va donar pas a l\u2019an\u00e0lisi comparativa de tres conceptes sovint confosos:<br>&#8211;  Individualitzaci\u00f3 \u2192 un<br>&#8211;  Diferenciaci\u00f3 \u2192 un grup<br>&#8211;  Personalitzaci\u00f3 \u2192 tots: tots aprenen, tots tenen \u00e8xit<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta distinci\u00f3 va ajudar a entendre la personalitzaci\u00f3 com un enfocament que situa tots els alumnes al centre, amb expectatives i oportunitats reals d\u2019\u00e8xit per a cadascun. A partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed, es va aprofundir en els 7 principis de l\u2019aprenentatge, que posen l\u2019alumne com a protagonista del seu propi proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al llarg de la sessi\u00f3, Begonya Folch va compartir diversos autors i idees clau referenciades:<br>&#8211; Graham Nuthall i la rellev\u00e0ncia dels coneixements previs en el constructivisme.<br><strong>&#8211; \u201cAprendre \u00e9s una cosa que et fas, no que et fan.\u201d<br><\/strong>&#8211;  La necessitat de garantir que un aprenentatge profund sigui tamb\u00e9 transferible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; La import\u00e0ncia de plantejar propostes sense sostre i amb un terra ferm i baix, accessibles per a tothom i amb possibilitats d\u2019aven\u00e7 diversificades.<br>&#8211;  La reflexi\u00f3 de Monique Boekaerts:\u201cLes creences motivacionals s\u00f3n cognicions sobre un mateix.\u201d<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es van comentar diversos llibres i recursos de refer\u00e8ncia:<br>&#8211; Cinco razones para dejar de decir \u201cmuy bien\u201d, d\u2019Alfie Kohn<br>&#8211;  La naturalesa de l\u2019aprenentatge (OECD), editat per Hanna Dumont, David Istance i Francisco Benavides<br>&#8211;  Manual per als entorns d\u2019aprenentatge (OECD)<br>&#8211;  Dar clase con la boca cerrada, de Don Finkel<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, es va fer una menci\u00f3 especial a:<br>&#8211;  Les mentalitats de creixement de Carol Dweck<br>&#8211;  El Pou de l\u2019Aprenentatge de James Nottingham<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 va finalitzar amb una rotllana de s\u00edntesi on cada participant podia compartir una idea, una mirada o un aprenentatge significatiu de la sessi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/catalunyacentral\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2513\/2025\/12\/image-4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1021\" height=\"578\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/catalunyacentral\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2513\/2025\/12\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11187\" style=\"width:713px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/catalunyacentral\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2513\/2025\/12\/image-4.png 1021w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/catalunyacentral\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2513\/2025\/12\/image-4-300x170.png 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/catalunyacentral\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2513\/2025\/12\/image-4-768x435.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1021px) 100vw, 1021px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El passat 3 de desembre va tenir lloc la segona sessi\u00f3 de la Xarxa XaTME a la Catalunya Central.
