L\u2019activitat va reunir prop de <strong>200 participants<\/strong>, entre professionals de centres educatius i equips d\u2019assessorament psicopedag\u00f2gic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/catalunyacentral\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2513\/2025\/11\/image.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"878\" height=\"656\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/catalunyacentral\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2513\/2025\/11\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11168\" style=\"width:549px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/catalunyacentral\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2513\/2025\/11\/image.png 878w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/catalunyacentral\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2513\/2025\/11\/image-300x224.png 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/catalunyacentral\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2513\/2025\/11\/image-768x574.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 878px) 100vw, 878px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta primera jornada, Floreix amb el SIEI, hi van participar <strong>vuit centres<\/strong>, que van compartir bones pr\u00e0ctiques que duen a terme als seus centres:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf<strong> Escola Emili Teixidor,<\/strong> que ens va presentar el treball realitzat amb <strong>pictogrames i itineraris<\/strong>.<br>\u25cf<strong> Institut Cal Gravat,<\/strong> que va explicar com <strong>organitzen l\u2019equip d\u2019orientaci\u00f3.<\/strong><br>\u25cf<strong> Escola Monsenyor Gibert,<\/strong> que va exposar la seva <strong>organitzaci\u00f3 de la CAEI.<\/strong><br>\u25cf <strong>Escola Bellpuig<\/strong>, que va detallar diverses <strong>pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019aula.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf<strong> Escola Nostra Senyora de Montserrat<\/strong>, que va compartir com han<strong> organitzat el recurs SIEI al centre<\/strong>.<br>\u25cf <strong>Escola Vinyes<\/strong>, que va mostrar la seva <strong>organitzaci\u00f3 dels espais i del mobiliari.<\/strong><br>\u25cf <strong>Institut Castellet<\/strong>, que va descriure el <strong>proc\u00e9s de sistematitzaci\u00f3 de les MISU.<\/strong><br>\u25cf<strong> Escola Lillet del G\u00fcell,<\/strong> que va explicar els <strong>plans de treball <\/strong>que duen a terme amb l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Totes aquestes experi\u00e8ncies estan arrelades en la realitat de cada centre, per\u00f2 all\u00f2 que realment en destaca \u00e9s el proc\u00e9s seguit per arribar fins al punt on s\u00f3n.<br>\u00c9s en aquest proc\u00e9s, de reflexi\u00f3, prova i millora on podem focalitzar la mirada i identificar aquelles pr\u00e0ctiques transferibles que poden encaixar i inspirar altres centres en la seva tasca di\u00e0ria per afavorir la inclusi\u00f3 i la personalitzaci\u00f3 dels aprenentatges.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada va continuar amb la <strong>pon\u00e8ncia de la Merc\u00e8 Pena i Laguna,<\/strong> docent de l\u2019Escola Antoni Vilanova de Falset i formadora en DUA. La Merc\u00e8 ha estat assessora t\u00e8cnica de la Subdirecci\u00f3 General d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Inclusiva i coordinadora del pla de formaci\u00f3 i implementaci\u00f3 del DUA a Catalunya.<br>Les jornades han estat molt ben valorades, i volem agrair especialment la implicaci\u00f3, l\u2019entusiasme i la participaci\u00f3 activa de tots els assistents.<br>Ens retrobarem a la propera jornada
