En aquest context, el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional obre la convocat\u00f2ria de dos nous programes d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 educativa&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/innovacio\/programes_innovacio\/educacio-infantil-i-primaria\/centres-referents-en-educacio-inclusiva\/\">Centres referents en educaci\u00f3 inclusiva<\/a><\/strong>, i&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/innovacio\/programes_innovacio\/educacio-infantil-i-primaria\/de-cee-a-ceepsir\/\">De CEE a CEEPSIR<\/a><\/strong>, oportunitat \u00fanica perqu\u00e8 els centres educatius del territori esdevinguin agents de canvi a partir de les pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu que impulsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/educacioinclusiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2065\/2025\/06\/LOGO-ps.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/educacioinclusiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2065\/2025\/06\/LOGO-ps-1024x621.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10574\" style=\"width:298px;height:auto\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa&nbsp;<em>Centres referents en educaci\u00f3 inclusiva<\/em>&nbsp;compta amb un total de 60 places disponibles per al curs 2025-2026, distribu\u00efdes entre els 12 serveis territorials. El programa vol crear un grup motor viu i cohesionat de centres que liderin la millora educativa a partir de les pr\u00e0ctiques inclusives de refer\u00e8ncia, actuant com a models, on l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat no sigui un afegit, sin\u00f3 l\u2019eix vertebrador del projecte pedag\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/educacioinclusiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2065\/2025\/06\/LOGO-ceepsir.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/projectes.xtec.cat\/educacioinclusiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2065\/2025\/06\/LOGO-ceepsir.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10579\" style=\"width:265px;height:auto\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa&nbsp;<em>De CEE a CEEPSIR,<\/em>&nbsp;compta amb un total de 30 places disponibles per al curs 2025-2026. Impulsa un model de millora educativa centrat en l\u2019acompanyament als CEE per evolucionar cap a un model CEEPSIR d\u2019estadis m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ats, per fer avan\u00e7ar el conjunt del sistema en termes d\u2019inclusi\u00f3 i equitat.
