oberta la <strong>Borsa de formadors\/es de l\u2019\u00c0rea de Cultura Digital<\/strong>\u00a0per totes aquelles persones que estigueu interessades a fer formaci\u00f3 en aquest \u00e0mbit:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Personal\/Concursos-oposicions\/Borses-treball\/Borsa-formadors-cultura-digital\/Pagines\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Personal\/Concursos-oposicions\/Borses-treball\/Borsa-formadors-cultura-digital\/Pagines\/default.aspx\u00a02<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requisits<\/strong>\u00a0de participaci\u00f3\u200b:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ser docent en actiu, en centres educatius o a l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 educativa, de qualsevol dels estudis reglats del sistema educatiu no universitari catal\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Tenir formaci\u00f3 en tecnologies digitals, a partir del curs 2016-2017, amb un m\u00ednim de 70 hores o nivell equivalent a B2 o superior del Marc de refer\u00e8ncia de la compet\u00e8ncia digital docent.<\/li>\n<li>Comprometre\u2019s a seguir una formaci\u00f3 de 30 hores enfocada a la formaci\u00f3 de formadors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Funcions<\/strong>\u00a0de la persona formadora\u200b:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revisar i actualitzar els materials i continguts dels cursos de formaci\u00f3 que formen part de l\u2019enc\u00e0rrec.<\/li>\n<li>Mantenir la comunicaci\u00f3 amb els participants de forma sistem\u00e0tica i constant, responent dubtes i donant resposta en 24-48 hores com a m\u00e0xim.<\/li>\n<li>Incentivar els participants a finalitzar el curs de formaci\u00f3, incloent-hi missatges individualitzats.<\/li>\n<li>Dinamitzar i tutoritzar la formaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Comunicar incid\u00e8ncies i propostes de millora a l\u2019equip encarregat de gestionar la formaci\u00f3 o b\u00e9 al coordinador de cada curs de formaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Avaluar les tasques proposades en els diferents m\u00f2duls i el projecte final, i donar una retroacci\u00f3 adequada i un seguiment acurat.<\/li>\n<li>Introduir qualificacions, signar actes a l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 GTAF i trametre-les als organitzadors de la
