Est\u00e0 format per nens i nenes de 10 a 12 anys escollits pels seus respectius grups en les votacions celebrades en aquestes sessions pr\u00e8vies. El consell t\u00e9 enguany 23 membres.<\/p>\n<p>La sessi\u00f3 constitutiva del consell es va celebrar el passat dimecres 16 de novembre. Presidida per l&#8217;alcaldessa, la sessi\u00f3 plen\u00e0ria va tenir lloc al Teatre Plaza.
