Les organitzacions educatives estan cridades a anar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la compartimentaci\u00f3 del coneixement en mat\u00e8ries i avan\u00e7ar cap a un nou <strong>marc STEAM<\/strong> que abordi els programes d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica i tecnol\u00f2gica des d&#8217;una perspectiva global, sist\u00e8mica i inclusiva. En aquest nou paradigma els centres, els docents i els estudiants han d\u2019esdevenir agents del benestar de la comunitat mitjan\u00e7ant la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019aliances amb altres actors locals, cercant solucions a problemes propers i rellevants.<\/p>\n<p>La fortalesa del nostre projecte es basa en la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de diferents organitzacions i entitats (Ajuntament de Castelldefels, Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, Societat Catalana de Tecnologia, Universitat) que abracen diversos \u00e0mbits i nivells acad\u00e8mics. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s que l\u2019alumnat visibilitzi un itinerari vocacional i professional s\u00f2lid, tot forjant les seves expectatives de formaci\u00f3 futura, sumant els esfor\u00e7os de tota la comunitat educativa.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del projecte <strong>STEAMem Castelldefels<\/strong> es pret\u00e9n que l\u2019alumnat de 4t d\u2019ESO treballi a l\u2019institut continguts curriculars STEAM a partir dels quals haur\u00e0 de preparar diferents propostes did\u00e0ctiques adaptades als infants de prim\u00e0ria, en el marc del Servei Comunitari.<\/p>\n<p>En el proc\u00e9s, els nois i noies aprendran a treballar en equip i a coordinar-se amb els mestres de l\u2019escola de prim\u00e0ria per portar endavant les activitats, la gesti\u00f3 dels materials, la temporitzaci\u00f3 i els continguts a desenvolupar. D&#8217;aquesta manera es vol contribuir a l\u2019assoliment dels objectius d\u2019aprenentatge de tot l\u2019alumnat visibilitzant, al mateix temps, un <strong>itinerari STEAM<\/strong> de desenvolupament educatiu i vocacional mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019acompanyament i suport dels estudiants de secund\u00e0ria, \u201cimpulsors STEAM\u201d a les escoles, que mostri als infants un cam\u00ed tangible i viable cap a l\u2019\u00e8xit acad\u00e8mic i personal.<\/p>\n<p>Els objectius del projecte <strong>STEAMem Castelldefels<\/strong> s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar el proc\u00e9s d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat de Castelldefels envers als estudis i professions de l\u2019\u00e0mbit STEAM en termes d\u2019equitat i en totes les etapes educatives.<\/li>\n<li>Augmentar les vocacions cientificotecnol\u00f2giques i matem\u00e0tiques amb perspectiva de g\u00e8nere i en contextos socials desafavorits.<\/li>\n<li>Incrementar en els centres educatius de Castelldefels l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 de metodologies d&#8217;aprenentatge transversal, vehiculars i generadores de coneixement compartit entre els diferents \u00e0mbits cient\u00edfic, tecnol\u00f2gic, art\u00edstic i matem\u00e0tic que fomentin el pensament cr\u00edtic i la creativitat.<\/li>\n<li>Promoure la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliances entre els centres educatius, els agents de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit cientificotecnol\u00f2gic i l&#8217;entorn proper mitjan\u00e7ant la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;activitats relacionades amb problemes socialment rellevants.<\/li>\n<li>Impulsar l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 de valors que fomentin el desenvolupament sostenible i la cohesi\u00f3 social a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;\u00fas estrat\u00e8gic del coneixement cient\u00edfic i de la tecnologia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Amb el suport de l\u2019<strong>Ajuntament de Castelldefels<\/strong>, els centres participants disposaran dels kits de rob\u00f2tica, sens\u00f2rica i programaci\u00f3 necessaris per tirar endavant les propostes did\u00e0ctiques.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Durant el curs 2022-2023 es preveu dur a terme el pilotatge del projecte a l&#8217;<strong>INS Josep Llu\u00eds Sert<\/strong>, a l&#8217;<strong>ESC Els Pins<\/strong> i a l&#8217;<strong>ESC Llu\u00eds Vives<\/strong>.
