S\u2019organitza en tres kits independents: identitat, conviv\u00e8ncia i responsabilitat.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<em>kit\u00a0<\/em><strong>Identitat (91015)<\/strong>permet treballar la valoraci\u00f3 de les qualitats personals i l&#8217;autoestima, el reconeixement de les emocions i els sentiments que acompanyen els nostres actes. Proposa exercicis per millorar la concentraci\u00f3 i aprendre a relaxar-se i t\u00e8cniques d&#8217;interioritzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<em>kit\u00a0<\/em><strong>Conviv\u00e8ncia (91016) <\/strong>inclou exercicis d&#8217;empatia per millorar la connexi\u00f3 i la comprensi\u00f3 dels altres, ajuda a desenvolupar el treball en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i introdueix estrat\u00e8gies de resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<em>kit\u00a0<\/em><strong>de Responsabilitat (91017) <\/strong>\u00a0convida a reflexionar sobre els mecanismes i els tipus de responsabilitat, aborda la gesti\u00f3 de situacions d&#8217;una c\u00e0rrega emocional elevada i proposa un exemple concret: la responsabilitat envers el medi ambient a partir de l&#8217;estudi del consum familiar
