Els projectes poden abordar qualsevol dels seg\u00fcents eixos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Benestar emocional i social: Estrat\u00e8gies per a un abordatge positiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Art i creativitat: L\u2019art com a eina de cohesi\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ciutadania i consci\u00e8ncia global: Reptes socials i ambientals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llengua, cultura i diversitat: La pluralitat com a riquesa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educaci\u00f3 medi\u00e0tica: Alfabetitzaci\u00f3 i mirada cr\u00edtica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equitat i inclusi\u00f3: Un m\u00f3n per a tothom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>La inscripci\u00f3 l\u2019hauran de fer els docents responsables de les propostes educatives. Els drets derivats de la presentaci\u00f3 dels projectes seran de titularitat dels seus creadors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es constituir\u00e0 un jurat independent, que ser\u00e0 el responsable de dur a terme el proc\u00e9s de valoraci\u00f3 dels projectes que formaran part de la mostra final d&#8217;acord amb els criteris detallats en aquestes bases. No es valoraran modificacions ni materials lliurats amb posterioritat als terminis establerts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fase d\u2019inscripci\u00f3 \u2192 del 12 de gener de 2026 fins al 30 d\u2019abril de 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fase de selecci\u00f3 dels finalistes \u2192 20 de maig de 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entrega de premis \u2192 principis de juny de
