\"\"<\/a>El 21 de mar\u00e7<\/strong>, amb motiu del Dia Internacional de l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 de la discriminaci\u00f3 racial, el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 posa a l\u2019abast de tota la comunitat educativa una s\u00e8rie de materials i recursos<\/b><\/a> i proposa, a tots els centres educatius de Catalunya, la realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats relacionades amb la prevenci\u00f3 de la discriminaci\u00f3 racial.<\/p>\n

La llei 19\/2020, del 30 de desembre, d’igualtat de tracte i no-discriminaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0en el seu t\u00edtol II, cap\u00edtol 10, estableix els \u00e0mbits d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 material del dret a la igualtat de tracte i a la no-discriminaci\u00f3, pel que fa a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i explicita que el departament competent en mat\u00e8ria educativa ha de garantir el dret a una escola inclusiva, que eviti la segregaci\u00f3 escolar, i de qualitat, independentment de les capacitats o les limitacions, de l\u2019origen, el g\u00e8nere, l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 sexual o les circumst\u00e0ncies personals i econ\u00f2miques.<\/p>\n

El racisme, la xenof\u00f2bia i la discriminaci\u00f3 racial, s\u00f3n actituds que consisteixen a donar un tracte d’inferioritat o excloure una persona o un col\u00b7lectiu per motius racials i estan presents a totes les societats. Qualsevol persona pot ser objecte de discriminaci\u00f3 racial en un moment donat i \u00e9s necessari un canvi de mirada, trencant amb els estereotips i els prejudicis racials.<\/p>\n

L’Assemblea General de les Nacions Unides reitera que tots els \u00e9ssers humans, neixen lliures i iguals en dignitat i drets i que tenen la capacitat de contribuir de manera constructiva al desenvolupament i el benestar de la societat. A la seva resoluci\u00f3 m\u00e9s recent, l\u2019Assemblea General tamb\u00e9 va posar \u00e8mfasi en la necessitat de rebutjar totes aquelles doctrines moralment condemnables, socialment injustes i perilloses.<\/p>\n

Patir aquest tipus de conductes, pot afectar el proc\u00e9s de socialitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019infants i joves condicionant la seva autoestima i les seves relacions amb els altres i, per tant, influint en el seu desenvolupament personal i acad\u00e8mic.<\/p>\n
