Es fonamenta en la normativa actual, aix\u00ed com en els marcs conceptuals que orienten les l\u00ednies de treball del\u00a0Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa a l\u2019alumnat compr\u00e8n el conjunt de\u00a0<strong>mesures i suports<\/strong>\u00a0destinats a tots els alumnes, amb la finalitat d\u2019afavorir el seu desenvolupament personal i social, i perqu\u00e8 avancin en l\u2019assoliment de les\u00a0<strong>compet\u00e8ncies de cada etapa educativa<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>en la transici\u00f3 a la vida adulta<\/strong>. Aquestes mesures i suports han de garantir que els contextos escolars ofereixin les condicions d\u2019aprenentatge necess\u00e0ries per\u00a0<strong>desenvolupar les<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>fortaleses<\/strong>\u00a0de l\u2019alumnat; vetllar per la seva vinculaci\u00f3 amb els aprenentatges i el grup, facilitar l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019aprenentatge i a la participaci\u00f3 i assegurar el progr\u00e9s de tot l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/educacio.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/home\/departament\/publicacions\/colleccions\/inclusio\/mesures-suports-universals-centre-educatiu\/mesures-suports-universals-centre-educatiu.pdf\">Mesures i suports universals en el centre educatiu.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 ha publicat el nou document de mesures i suports universals en el centre educatiu.
