Els jugadors d&#8217;un equip (l&#8217;equip atacant), s&#8217;alternen per batre contra el llan\u00e7ador de l&#8217;altre equip (l&#8217;equip defensor), que intenta evitar que aconsegueixin carreres, eliminant-los de diverses maneres.<\/p>\n<p>Un dels aspectes que m\u00e9s es veu beneficiat per la pr\u00e0ctica del beisbol \u00e9s <b>l&#8217;autoestima dels infants<\/b>. Como a part integrant d&#8217;un equip, l&#8217;infant se sent important i imprescindible, guanyant confian\u00e7a i seguretat en s\u00ed mateix.<\/p>\n<p><b>Contingut:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3
