curr\u00edculum<\/li>\n<li>Vincular el Servei Comunitari a les necessitats de l\u2019entorn<\/li>\n<li>Incloure el projecte a la programaci\u00f3 anual de centre, avaluat pel consell escolar i aprovat pel director o directora<\/li>\n<li>Fer la planificaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica i curricular del projecte: activitats d\u2019aprenentatge, activitats de servei i criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Concretar aspectes funcionals:\n<ul>\n<li>Autoritzaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies<\/li>\n<li>Elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019un document de comprom\u00eds amb les entitats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Planificar el reconeixement del projecte: actes institucionals, lliurement de diplomes, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Funcions del CRP:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessorar i acompanyar els centres en la formulaci\u00f3 i el desenvolupament del projecte<\/li>\n<li>Fer el seguiment de la coordinaci\u00f3 entre els centres i les
