Els docents hem hagut de navegar en un mar de canvis constants, gestionant no nom\u00e9s les exig\u00e8ncies acad\u00e8miques i burocr\u00e0tiques, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 realitats emocionals i socials cada cop m\u00e9s complexes dins l&#8217;aula.
