{"id":23025,"date":"2026-06-01T13:39:36","date_gmt":"2026-06-01T11:39:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixpenedes\/?p=23025"},"modified":"2026-06-01T13:46:27","modified_gmt":"2026-06-01T11:46:27","slug":"jornada-detectar-abans-per-acompanyar-millor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixpenedes\/xerrades\/portada\/jornada-detectar-abans-per-acompanyar-millor\/","title":{"rendered":"JORNADA DETECTAR ABANS PER ACOMPANYAR MILLOR"},"content":{"rendered":"<table style=\"width: 100%;\" role=\"presentation\" border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%;\" align=\"center\" width=\"100%\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El proper\u00a030 de juny, l\u2019Ajuntament de Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s impulsa la jornada\u00a0\u201cDetectar abans per acompanyar millor: com detectar dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge i activar suport educatiu local per sostenir traject\u00f2ries escolars\u201d, amb el suport de la\u00a0Plataforma Zero Abandonament.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La sessi\u00f3 s\u2019emmarca en el treball de la Plataforma sobre\u00a0com construir ecosistemes municipals de suport educatiu contra l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur\u00a0i s\u2019adre\u00e7a a centres educatius, professionals, ajuntaments i agents interessats en con\u00e8ixer experi\u00e8ncies i eines innovadores de detecci\u00f3 i acompanyament educatiu.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sant Cugat obre aquesta jornada als centres i professionals del municipi, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 a altres ajuntaments i agents educatius que vulguin con\u00e8ixer com les administracions locals poden impulsar estrat\u00e8gies comunit\u00e0ries de\u00a0detecci\u00f3 prematura de dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge\u00a0i\u00a0suport educatiu local.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Des de la Plataforma Zero Abandonament, aquesta jornada \u00e9s una oportunitat per refor\u00e7ar una idea clau: la prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur comen\u00e7a molt abans del moment en qu\u00e8 un jove deixa els estudis. Comen\u00e7a quan un territori \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de detectar abans les dificultats, activar suports i connectar escola, fam\u00edlies, serveis i recursos comunitaris. <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfZVmEwzWmnx_CszSxmm1EetiEeBr9N-XXz0ZyvRu10mrhuxw\/viewform?usp=header\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfZVmEwzWmnx_CszSxmm1EetiEeBr9N-XXz0ZyvRu10mrhuxw\/viewform?usp%3Dheader&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1780388674502000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1af9k50a941ofPa5rV9Ppe\">Inscripcions<\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Horari: 9:30-13:45<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Lloc:\u00a0Escola Municipal de M\u00fasica i Conservatori Vict\u00f2ria dels \u00c0ngels<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Plaza Vict\u00f2ria dels \u00c0ngels, n\u00fam.2, Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">(Aforament limitat)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Durant la jornada coneixerem l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de Sant Cugat en detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 i cribratge, desenvolupada en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el programa\u00a0SJD MIND Escoles\u00a0de l\u2019Hospital Sant Joan de D\u00e9u, orientat a abordar trastorns del neurodesenvolupament, baix rendiment i frac\u00e0s escolar en alumnat d\u2019educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tamb\u00e9 coneixerem\u00a0NeurekaLab, una start-up sorgida de l\u2019entorn universitari, impulsada des de la\u00a0Universitat de Barcelona\u00a0i la\u00a0Universitat de Vic \u2013 Universitat Central de Catalunya, especialitzada en el desenvolupament d\u2019eines digitals per a la detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 en dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge en la inf\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">L\u2019equip de NeurekaLab presentar\u00e0 i permetr\u00e0 testejar\u00a0NeurekaNUM, una eina per a la detecci\u00f3 i intervenci\u00f3 preco\u00e7 en dificultats matem\u00e0tiques i discalc\u00falia, desenvolupada en catal\u00e0 i castell\u00e0 amb evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica. Aquesta eina forma part d\u2019una proposta m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia que tamb\u00e9 inclou recursos de cribratge i intervenci\u00f3 en dificultats lectores, aix\u00ed com avaluaci\u00f3 de l\u2019atenci\u00f3 i la mem\u00f2ria de treball durant l\u2019educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La jornada combinar\u00e0 presentacions, experi\u00e8ncies aplicades i espais de treball per reflexionar sobre com convertir la detecci\u00f3 primerenca en suport educatiu real, equitatiu i connectat amb l\u2019ecosistema local.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Programa<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">9.30 h \u2013 Benvinguda institucional<br \/>\nA c\u00e0rrec de l\u2019Ajuntament de Sant Cugat del Vall\u00e8s<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">9.40 h \u2013 Entrevista-col\u00b7loqui: Sant Cugat i l\u2019aposta per la detecci\u00f3 prematura del risc d\u2019abandonament.
