Es posa un \u00e8mfasi especial en l&#8217;<strong>\u00e8tica, la seguretat i la transpar\u00e8ncia<\/strong>, alineant-se amb la normativa europea per garantir el respecte als\u00a0<strong>drets fonamentals<\/strong>. L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s aprofitar el potencial de l&#8217;<strong>an\u00e0lisi de dades<\/strong>\u00a0i la personalitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;aprenentatge sense comprometre la\u00a0<strong>privacitat<\/strong>\u00a0ni substituir el criteri hum\u00e0. Finalment, s&#8217;inclou un glossari exhaustiu que clarifica conceptes clau com el\u00a0<strong>pensament cr\u00edtic<\/strong> i els possibles biaixos algor\u00edtmics, i un annex amb les compet\u00e8ncies digitals dels docents que corresponen a cada dimensi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"82\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"82\">La r\u00e0pida irrupci\u00f3 de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial generativa est\u00e0 transformant profundament l&#8217;acc\u00e9s al coneixement i la creaci\u00f3 de continguts, fet que obliga el sistema educatiu a integrar el seu \u00fas responsable com una <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"302\">compet\u00e8ncia complement\u00e0ria<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"328\"> al Marc de la compet\u00e8ncia digital docent (CDD)<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"375\">. Aquest nou marc competencial pret\u00e9n capacitar els docents per aprofitar els beneficis de la IA mentre es mitiguen els seus riscos en l&#8217;entorn escolar<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"526\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-start-index=\"82\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph heading3 ng-star-inserted\" role=\"heading\" data-start-index=\"527\" aria-level=\"3\"><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"527\">L&#8217;estructura de la compet\u00e8ncia: Quatre dimensions fonamentals<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"588\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"588\">La compet\u00e8ncia digital docent en IA s\u2019organitza en <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"639\">quatre dimensions clau<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"661\"> que defineixen el full de ruta per a qualsevol educador<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"717\">:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"718\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">1. <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"718\">Comprensi\u00f3 i \u00fas segur de la IA:<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"749\"> El docent ha de con\u00e8ixer el funcionament b\u00e0sic de la tecnologia (algoritmes, xarxes neuronals, models) i aplicar mesures per garantir la <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"887\">privacitat i la protecci\u00f3 de dades<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"921\">, evitant riscos com la injecci\u00f3 d&#8217;indicacions (<\/span><i class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"969\">prompt injection<\/i><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"985\">)<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"986\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"987\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">2. <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"987\">\u00c8tica i visi\u00f3 humanista:<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1011\"> Aquesta dimensi\u00f3 se centra en valors com la <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1056\">just\u00edcia algor\u00edtmica<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1076\">, la transpar\u00e8ncia i la sostenibilitat ambiental<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"1124\">. Aix\u00f2 implica mantenir el control i la responsabilitat sobre les decisions assistides per la IA, assegurant que la tecnologia <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2048\">reforci el judici hum\u00e0<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2070\"> en lloc de substituir-lo<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2095\">. El docent ha de ser conscient del risc de l&#8217;<\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2141\">antropomorfitzaci\u00f3<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2159\"> (atribuir qualitats humanes a la m\u00e0quina) i de la <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2210\">delegaci\u00f3 cognitiva<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2229\">, fenomen pel qual l&#8217;usuari deixa de raonar per si mateix en confiar cegament en la tecnologia<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2323\">.<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-start-index=\"1837\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph heading3 ng-star-inserted\" role=\"heading\" data-start-index=\"2324\" aria-level=\"3\"><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2324\">Aspectes pr\u00e0ctics i normatius que cal con\u00e8ixer<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2370\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2370\">Un docent competent en IA ha de tenir presents diversos punts clau per a la seva pr\u00e0ctica di\u00e0ria:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraph normal ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2467\"><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\">\u2022 <\/span><b class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2467\">Compliment normatiu:<\/b><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2487\"> L&#8217;\u00fas de la IA ha d&#8217;estar alineat amb la Llei d&#8217;IA de la Uni\u00f3 Europea, que posa \u00e8mfasi en l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia de biaixos i la transpar\u00e8ncia<\/span><span class=\"ng-star-inserted\" data-start-index=\"2617\">.
