entitats, administracions, professionals, fam\u00edlies, joves i empreses\u2014 per fer visibles les accions que ja esteu desenvolupant o per impulsar-ne de noves amb un objectiu compartit:\u00a0<strong>garantir la continu\u00eftat educativa i demostrar que l\u2019abandonament escolar prematur no \u00e9s inevitable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Com podeu
