{"id":20495,"date":"2025-05-15T13:01:46","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T11:01:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixpenedes\/?p=20495"},"modified":"2025-05-15T13:03:48","modified_gmt":"2025-05-15T11:03:48","slug":"el-departament-deducacio-i-fp-impulsa-el-marc-per-a-la-millora-de-la-llengua-i-les-matematiques","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixpenedes\/general\/el-departament-deducacio-i-fp-impulsa-el-marc-per-a-la-millora-de-la-llengua-i-les-matematiques\/","title":{"rendered":"El Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i FP impulsa el Marc per a la millora de la llengua i les matem\u00e0tiques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i FP impulsa el Marc amb les principals actuacions s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><u>Ag\u00e8ncia d\u2019Avaluaci\u00f3 i Prospectiva de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3<\/u><\/p>\n<p>S\u2019inicia l\u2019activitat de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia d\u2019Avaluaci\u00f3 i Prospectiva de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3, que liderar\u00e0 les activitats de recerca i prospecci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ries per garantir decisions pol\u00edtiques p\u00fabliques basades en l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p><u>Refor\u00e7 de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la Inspecci\u00f3<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Millorar els resultats dels centres amb l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 conjunta entre la Inspecci\u00f3 d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i els equips directius. Permetr\u00e0 detectar les \u00e0rees de millora i aplicar estrat\u00e8gies adaptades a cada centre.<\/p>\n<p><u>Concreci\u00f3 curricular<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Posar a disposici\u00f3 dels docents les orientacions curriculars amb els sabers essencials, amb exemples pr\u00e0ctics per facilitar la planificaci\u00f3 docent. Ja estan publicades a matem\u00e0tiques i lleng\u00fces i s\u2019ampliaran a la resta de mat\u00e8ries progressivament.<\/p>\n<p><u>Programa experimental de zones educatives<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Establir un nou model de governan\u00e7a entre el Departament i el m\u00f3n local per a la presa de decisions adaptades als territoris. El model millorar\u00e0 la coordinaci\u00f3 entre els diferents actors i optimitzar\u00e0 els recursos per respondre a les necessitats educatives locals.<\/p>\n<p><u>Estabilitzaci\u00f3 dels claustres<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Concursos de trasllats anuals \u2013alternant l\u2019auton\u00f2mic i l\u2019estatal- per reduir la rotaci\u00f3 del professorat i afavorir la continu\u00eftat pedag\u00f2gica dels centres.<\/p>\n<p><u>Refor\u00e7 en les hores de gesti\u00f3 aut\u00f2nomes<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Els Documents d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 de centres (DOIGC) incorporaran l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 els centres prioritzin la compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica i matem\u00e0tica a les hores de gesti\u00f3 aut\u00f2noma, com a criteri fonamental per a la planificaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<p><u>Acord marc amb les universitats<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Impuls del sistema de provisi\u00f3 de places segons necessitats del sistema mitjan\u00e7ant un mecanisme d\u2019acreditaci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com d\u2019altres mesures complement\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p><u>Postgrau en llengua i matem\u00e0tiques<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Es convocaran ajudes econ\u00f2miques per a postgraus en formaci\u00f3 docent especialitzada en matem\u00e0tiques i lleng\u00fces. \u200bSeran 3 postgraus per a un total de 1.190 docents en actiu.<\/p>\n<p><u>Conveni amb l\u2019OCDE<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Arran de l\u2019acord amb l\u2019OCDE, es posa en marxa el Projecte plurianual per millorar els resultats d\u2019aprenentatge a Catalunya. Permetr\u00e0 analitzar els factors que influeixen en el rendiment de l\u2019alumnat i identificar les mesures de millora. Es desenvoluparan accions per reduir desigualtats, garantir la inclusi\u00f3 i millorar els resultats.<\/p>\n<p><u>Programa de benestar emocional i salut mental<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Desplegar un programa espec\u00edfic per fomentar el benestar emocional i prevenir problemes de salut mental en l\u2019alumnat de prim\u00e0ria.
