El\u00a0<b>Museu Deu<\/b>\u00a0\u00e9s un\u00a0museu\u00a0d&#8217;art\u00a0situat a la vila del\u00a0Vendrell, a Casa Palau Rabass\u00f3 o Cal Rabass\u00f3, una casa senyorial de finals del s.XIX protegida com a b\u00e9 cultural d&#8217;inter\u00e8s local. Va\u00a0ser inaugurat l&#8217;any\u00a01995 amb el fons d&#8217;art d&#8217;Antoni Deu Font, antic notari de la vila que va reunir una heterog\u00e8nia col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 d&#8217;art formada per m\u00e9s de 2800 peces que s&#8217;exposen al p\u00fablic. El museu exhibeix una gran col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 d&#8217;art i artefactes, considerada una de les col\u00b7leccions d&#8217;art m\u00e9s important de Catalunya\u00a0i un dels testimonis m\u00e9s importants del\u00a0col\u00b7leccionisme\u00a0catal\u00e0 del segle\u00a0<span title=\"Nombre\u00a0escrit en xifres romanes\">xx.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Inclou\u00a0<\/span>pintura<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">,\u00a0<\/span>aquarel\u00b7les<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0i\u00a0<\/span>dibuixos<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">,\u00a0<\/span>escultura<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0contempor\u00e0nia,\u00a0<\/span>talles religioses<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">, vidre\u00a0<\/span>modernista<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">,\u00a0<\/span>vidre bufat<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0catal\u00e0,\u00a0<\/span>cer\u00e0mica<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0contempor\u00e0nia,\u00a0<\/span>rajoles<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0d&#8217;<\/span>arts i oficis<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">,\u00a0<\/span>cer\u00e0mica<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0antiga,\u00a0<\/span>argenteria<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0lit\u00fargica,\u00a0<\/span>reliquiaris<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">, plats d&#8217;almoina,\u00a0<\/span>ivori<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">,\u00a0<\/span>morters<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0i\u00a0<\/span>armes<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">,<\/span><sup id=\"cite_ref-8\" class=\"reference\" style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span class=\"cite-bracket\">[<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">a m\u00e9s de\u00a0<\/span>catifes<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">\u00a0i\u00a0<\/span>mobles<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">, que daten des del\u00a0<\/span>s. XII<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> fins als nostres dies.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">T\u00e9 tota una &#8220;Sala de les catifes&#8221; on es pot caminar per sobre un terra de vidre i contemplar la col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de catifes orientals i de\u00a0<\/span>bacines<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> (plats d&#8217;almoina) disposades sota del vidre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per tant, el Museu Deu \u00e9s sens dubte u<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">n dels equipaments muse\u00edstics m\u00e9s notoris que tenim al Vendrell, i segurament a la comarca. Durant tots aquests anys, com sabeu, el Museu ha obert les seves portes i ha mostrat la seva col\u00b7lecci\u00f3 a generacions d\u2019alumnes de les nostres escoles i instituts.
