Per a\u00a0<strong>projectes de CFGS<\/strong>, cal omplir\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=KUxRa5EjMUi3dITzXEW_AQCQJSMcjD1NvlsNX9AbOHNUOTQxWks1UVBYN1E4MlkzTzQ4VUdKTkdUVy4u&amp;route=shorturl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aquest formulari<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A m\u00e9s, cal omplir el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uab.cat\/ca\/ice\/doc\/autoritzacio-premi-direccio.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>document d\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3 del centre<\/strong><\/a>, on hi ha de constar la signatura digital del director o directora del centre, que ha de certificar la validesa de les dades del treball,\u00a0i un\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uab.cat\/ca\/ice\/doc\/admissio-alumnat.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">document de sol\u00b7licitud de participaci\u00f3<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0que hauran de signar totes les persones autores del treball.<\/li>\n<li>Un cop es tingui tota la documentaci\u00f3, s\u2019ha d\u2019enviar un missatge de correu electr\u00f2nic a l\u2019adre\u00e7a\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:premi.argo@uab.cat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">premi.argo@uab.cat<\/a>\u00a0i adjuntar-hi la documentaci\u00f3 seg\u00fcent:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>el treball en format digital (PDF o zip)<\/li>\n<li>el formulari de sol\u00b7licitud de participaci\u00f3 degudament signat per totes les persones autores del treball<\/li>\n<li>el document d\u2019autoritzaci\u00f3 del centre, signat digitalment pel director o directora<\/li>\n<li>el material digital addicional o l\u2019enlla\u00e7 per descarregar-lo, si n\u2019hi ha.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si el treball consta de material complementari f\u00edsic es pot lliurar, juntament amb una c\u00f2pia del comprovant de registre a:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Institut de Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>Pla\u00e7a Acad\u00e8mica.
