{"id":18442,"date":"2024-03-07T15:29:18","date_gmt":"2024-03-07T14:29:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixpenedes\/?p=18442"},"modified":"2024-03-07T15:29:56","modified_gmt":"2024-03-07T14:29:56","slug":"mesures-per-millorar-leducacio-a-catalunya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixpenedes\/general\/mesures-per-millorar-leducacio-a-catalunya\/","title":{"rendered":"MESURES PER MILLORAR L&#8217;EDUCACI\u00d3 A CATALUNYA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El coordinador t\u00e8cnic del Grup Impulsor de Mesures de Millores Educatives i president del Consell d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya, Jes\u00fas Vinyes, ha lliurat l\u2019informe a la consellera, on es recullen totes les aportacions dels 18 experts de l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu que, per enc\u00e0rrec del president de la Generalitat, Pere Aragon\u00e8s, han proposat mesures per a la millora del sistema educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019informe proposa sis l\u00ednies d\u2019acci\u00f3 que es concreten en 52 actuacions i 154 mesures. Del total de propostes, el Grup d\u2019Impuls prioritza 18 mesures urgents que considera que s\u2019han de desplegar a partir del proer curs escolar 2024-2025. La resta de mesures es plantegen com a canvis estructurals a mitj\u00e0 i a llarg termini.<\/p>\n<p>La consellera\u00a0 d\u2019Educaci\u00f3\u00a0 ha agra\u00eft la tasca realitzada pel grup durant aquest mesos i ha informat de \u201c<strong>la predisposici\u00f3 total a incorporar tot el que sigui possible d\u2019incorporar en les nostres pol\u00edtiques. Perqu\u00e8 respectem molt la feina que aquest grup impulsor ha fet i estic conven\u00e7uda que el pla que se\u2019ns ha presentat avui representa un full de ruta de tot el que hem de construir com a societat per a millorar l\u2019educaci\u00f3 dels propers anys<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Les l\u00ednies d\u2019acci\u00f3 que proposa el Grup Impulsor s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Avan\u00e7ar en l\u2019equitat, la inclusi\u00f3 i l\u2019acompanyament a l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Focalitzar l\u2019acci\u00f3 docent en l\u2019enfocament competencial dels aprenentatges fonamentals i essencials de cada etapa educativa.<\/li>\n<li>Assegurar les condicions de benestar de tots els membres de la comunitat educativa.<\/li>\n<li>Actualitzar i millorar la formaci\u00f3 inicial dels docents, la incorporaci\u00f3 al sistema educatiu i oferir-los formaci\u00f3 permanent de qualitat.<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar, donar suport, confian\u00e7a i estabilitat als centres educatius.<\/li>\n<li>Dotar al sistema d\u2019estabilitat normativa i econ\u00f2mica, i de mecanismes de presa de decisions fonamentats en dades.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hi ha tamb\u00e9 18 mesures priorit\u00e0ries que el grup impulsor considera que cal desplegar a partir del curs que ve, com ara promoure un pacte nacional per a la inclusi\u00f3 i l\u2019equitat; identificar els aprenentatges b\u00e0sics per a cada cicle de l\u2019etapa obligat\u00f2ria; incrementar les Aules d\u2019Acollida; i crear un sistema d\u2019incentius per a l\u2019estabilitzaci\u00f3
