L’any 2024, han estat decretat per la Generalitat de Catalunya, l’Any Guimer\u00e0 en commemoraci\u00f3 del centenari de la seva mort. I dins del marc de l’any Guimer\u00e0.<\/p>\n

\u00c0ngel Guimer\u00e0 (1845-1924), fill de pare vendrellenc i de mare can\u00e0ria, va viure a la casa pairal dels Guimer\u00e0 al Vendrell durant el s. XIX. En aquesta casa, va iniciar la seva activitat po\u00e8tica, primer en castell\u00e0 i, m\u00e9s tard, en catal\u00e0, per triomfar despr\u00e9s en el m\u00f3n teatral com a dramaturg. Una de les seves principals obres fou Terra baixa.\u00a0\u00a0Aqu\u00ed podeu ampliar informaci\u00f3 del personatge i la casa pairal del Vendrell<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n
