El Departament d’Educaci\u00f3 ha elaborat el Procediment d’intervenci\u00f3 en cas de faltes greument perjudicials per a la conviv\u00e8ncia<\/em><\/a>, amb l’objectiu que els centres educatius tinguin una eina per valorar i intervenir davant de les faltes greus d’alumnes.<\/p>\n

Les actuacions d’aquest document s’adrecen a contenir i refor\u00e7ar les mesures de protecci\u00f3 i control. S’hi faciliten un procediment d’intervenci\u00f3 com\u00fa a tots els protocols per millorar la conviv\u00e8ncia als centres i un circuit de coordinaci\u00f3 entre els diferents membres de la comunitat escolar i educativa implicats en el procediment.<\/p>\n

Aquest Protocol \u00e9s aplicable a tots els centres p\u00fablics i privats sostinguts amb fons p\u00fablics del Servei d’Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya, i substitueix el protocol de conflictes greus<\/em>.<\/p>\n
