L\u2019objectiu <\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">d\u2019aquesta iniciativa \u00e9s que els docents novells puguin comptar, a l\u2019inici de la seva vida laboral, amb l\u2019acompanyament de docents experimentats.
