Per protegir l&#8217;alumnat i respectar els seus drets es coincideix en l&#8217;\u00fas de dades merament necess\u00e0ries, durant el temps limitat, han possibillitat de retirar el consentiment.<\/p>\n<p>El dia a dia del centre comporta\u00a0<strong>tractar dades personals de l&#8217;alumnat<\/strong> i aquest tractament s&#8217;ha de fer amb garantia de drets. Per aix\u00f2, podem trobar diferents models perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;informi correctament i es pugui demanar el <a href=\"https:\/\/espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/Recursos\/Cataleg-models\/Gestio-administrativa\/Proteccio-dades-personals\/Pagines\/default.aspx\">consentiment<\/a> quan \u00e9s necessari.
