Avui 19 d’octubre fa 145 anys del naixement al carrer de la Barceloneta Baixa, n\u00famero 25 del Vendrell, del m\u00fasic vendrellenc Benvingut Socias Mercad\u00e9 (1877-1952). L’Escola de M\u00fasica del Vendrell (EMMPAC)<\/strong> commemora aquest esdeveniment amb una col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb l\u2019Arxiu Comarcal del Baix Pened\u00e8s<\/b>. S’ha incl\u00f2s una biografia del m\u00fasic en la seva p\u00e0gina web<\/a>, juntament amb la d\u2019altres m\u00fasics vendrellencs com Pau Casals i Agust\u00ed Coh\u00ed Grau.<\/span><\/p>\n

S’ha comptat amb l\u2019Arxiu Comarcal del Baix Pened\u00e8s<\/a>, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s dipositari del fons documental i musical del mestre Socias. L’Arxiu ha col\u00b7laborat en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta ressenya biogr\u00e0fica que descriu els aspectes m\u00e9s destacats de la seva traject\u00f2ria professional.<\/p>\n

Des de la web de l\u2019Escola, es pot accedir al fons documental del mestre Socias a trav\u00e9s de tres enlla\u00e7os al portal Arxius en l\u00ednia del Departament de Cultura de la Generalitat de Catalunya que permet veure la s\u00e8rie de les targetes postals escrites i rebudes pel m\u00fasic al llarg de la seva vida amb amistats d\u2019arreu.<\/p>\n
