Els docents necessiten tenir a l&#8217;abast les eines i la formaci\u00f3 que garanteixin una compet\u00e8ncia digital docent adequada per a poder atendre les necessitats del seu alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>Els Work Cafes estan orientats a realitzar una formaci\u00f3 en l\u00ednia de molt curta durada que t\u00e9 lloc en diferents sales de videoconfer\u00e8ncia. En grups redu\u00efts, els participants porten a terme un treball, b\u00e0sicament, pr\u00e0ctic que finalitza amb un prototip de recurs educatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Els Tallers poden desenvolupar-se en un mateix espai compartit o en diferents sales.
