Per al curs 21-22 se seleccionaran <strong>10\u00a0 centres<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Aquest programa es fonamenta en el plantejament de reptes a l<strong>&#8216;alumnat de 4t d\u2019ESO<\/strong> per part d&#8217;entitats socials procedents de l\u2019entorn dels centres educatius com associacions de ve\u00efns i ve\u00efnes, museus, ONGs, \u2026<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La seva finalitat \u00e9s la millora i aprofundiment en l\u2019aprenentatge competencial de l\u2019alumnat de l\u2019ESO, especialment pel que fa a les compet\u00e8ncies globals, mitjan\u00e7ant el foment de l\u2019inter\u00e8s i el comprom\u00eds dels joves pel que passa al seu entorn, amb un aprenentatge que fomenta l\u2019autonomia i els capacita per interpretar i intervenir en el m\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s del desenvolupament competencial i cultural\u2026<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s generar entorns d\u2019aprenentatge que incloguin tasques aut\u00e8ntiques, reals, que transfereixin el poder de decisi\u00f3 i execuci\u00f3 a l\u2019alumnat per tal de promoure aprenentatges amb sentit i valor personal i fomentar l\u2019inter\u00e8s dels joves en el que passa al seu entorn, des d\u2019una perspectiva\u00a0 cr\u00edtica i amb capacitat de comprom\u00eds i d\u2019intervenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Primer curs<\/strong>: implementaci\u00f3 de 12 projectes (9 partint de les propostes de la DG de Curr\u00edculum i Personalitzaci\u00f3 i 3 elaborades en el mateix centre vinculades al seu entorn).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Segon curs<\/strong>: implementaci\u00f3 de 12 projectes (6 partint de les propostes de la DG de Curr\u00edculum i Personalitzaci\u00f3 i 6 elaborades en el mateix centre vinculades al seu entorn).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tercer curs<\/strong>: implementaci\u00f3 de 12 projectes (3 partint de les propostes de la DG de Curr\u00edculum i Personalitzaci\u00f3 i 9 elaborades en el mateix centre vinculades al seu entorn).<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14248\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixpenedes\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu764\/2021\/04\/Image-004-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"748\" height=\"359\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixpenedes\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu764\/2021\/04\/Image-004-1.png 748w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixpenedes\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu764\/2021\/04\/Image-004-1-300x144.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 748px) 100vw, 748px\" \/><br \/>\nEl director o directora del centre ha de presentar:<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>\u00a0La\u00a0<strong><a title=\"sol\u00b7licitud\u200b\" href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/InnovacioPedagogica\/A905.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sol\u00b7licitud<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0degudament emplenada i signada.<\/li>\n<li>Una\u00a0<strong>carta de motivaci\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>amb la justificaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;inter\u00e8s del centre a participar en el Programa, en qu\u00e8 s&#8217;indiquin els punts forts i febles del centre per a la participaci\u00f3 al Programa amb relaci\u00f3 a les possibilitats d&#8217;assoliment dels objectius. Es valorar\u00e0 que la carta inclogui una diagnosi fonamentada de les necessitats i el punt de partida del centre i una bona fonamentaci\u00f3 en la idone\u00eftat i encaix dels objectius del Programa als interessos i caracter\u00edstiques del centre. El format \u00e9s lliure: enregistrament audiovisual, infografia, carta, combinaci\u00f3 d\u200be formats, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Una\u00a0<strong>proposta d&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 i coordinaci\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>interna entre el professorat que participa en el projecte i el responsable de l&#8217;equip directiu que lidera l&#8217;acci\u00f3. Als espais de reuni\u00f3 tindr\u00e0 una pres\u00e8ncia peri\u00f2dica l&#8217;assessor del centre.<\/li>\n<li>Una\u00a0<strong>proposta de possibles col\u00b7laboracions amb tres entitats de l&#8217;entorn del centre<\/strong>\u00a0(ajuntament, associacions de ve\u00efns, entitats socials o altres) per als tres darrers projectes del primer curs, amb el comprom\u00eds de presentar els dos cursos seg\u00fcents la proposta d&#8217;entitats per cobrir els 6 i 9 reptes respectius.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019<strong><a title=\"acta aprovada pel consell escolar del centre\" href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/InnovacioPedagogica\/A906.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">acta aprovada pel consell escolar del centre\u200b<\/a><\/strong>, en la qual consta el comprom\u00eds del centre per dur a terme les accions necess\u00e0ries amb relaci\u00f3 als objectius del Programa i els tres eixos de la innovaci\u00f3. En l\u2019acta ha de constar expl\u00edcitament que una de les accions necess\u00e0ries a les quals es compromet el centre \u00e9s que el professorat que participi en el Programa hagi fet la formaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via corresponent.
