{"id":301,"date":"2015-10-14T09:54:24","date_gmt":"2015-10-14T08:54:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/formacio\/form021\/?page_id=301"},"modified":"2016-06-30T11:41:49","modified_gmt":"2016-06-30T10:41:49","slug":"creda","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixpenedes\/serveieducatiu\/equips\/creda\/","title":{"rendered":"CREDA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <strong>C<\/strong>entre de <strong>R<\/strong>ecursos <strong>E<\/strong>ducatius per a <strong>D<\/strong>eficients <strong>A<\/strong>uditius (<strong>CREDA<\/strong>)\u00a0\u00c9s un servei educatiu espec\u00edfic de suport a la tasca docent del professorat, pel que fa a alumnes amb greus dificultats d&#8217;audici\u00f3 i\/o llenguatge.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>En relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;alumnat sord:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Atenci\u00f3 a l&#8217;alumnat amb sordeses, incl\u00f2s el corresponent a la franja de 0-3 anys &#8211;dins el marc de col\u2022laboraci\u00f3 establert amb els serveis d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 primerenca del sector&#8211;, i el que cursi estudis corresponents al batxillerat i als cicles formatius. Orientaci\u00f3 a les fam\u00edlies d&#8217;aquests alumnes, i suport a la tasca docent del professorat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Suport a la tasca docent del professorat dels centres d&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat amb sordesa per facilitar la seva adequaci\u00f3 a les necessitats educatives espec\u00edfiques d&#8217;aquest alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Orientaci\u00f3 i assessorament als centres d&#8217;agrupament d&#8217;alumnat sord que faciliti la millora en la qualitat de la resposta educativa que reben els alumnes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>En relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;alumnat amb trastorns greus del llenguatge:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Avaluaci\u00f3 psicoling\u00fc\u00edstica de l&#8217;alumnat, pr\u00e8viament valorat per l&#8217;EAP del sector, susceptible d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica per part del CREDA.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Orientaci\u00f3 de la resposta a les necessitats educatives d&#8217;aquest alumnat d&#8217;acord amb els programes que comporten atenci\u00f3 logop\u00e8dica per part dels professionals dels CREDA i els que es desenvolupen a partir dels recursos propis dels centres, segons els documents Marc d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 dels CREDA.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Suport a la tasca docent del professorat dels centres d&#8217;escolaritzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat amb trastorns greus del llenguatge per facilitar la seva adequaci\u00f3 a les necessitats educatives espec\u00edfiques d&#8217;aquests infants.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Orientaci\u00f3 i assessorament al professorat especialista per facilitar la millora en la qualitat de la resposta educativa als alumnes, en col\u2022laboraci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;EAP, quan les necessitats dels alumnes requereixin un programa d&#8217;intervenci\u00f3 a partir dels recursos propis del centre.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.xtec.cat\/serveis\/creda\/e3925251\/\" target=\"blank\">CREDA (Tarragona)<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Centre de Recursos Educatius per a Deficients Auditius (CREDA)\u00a0\u00c9s un servei educatiu espec\u00edfic de suport a la tasca docent del professorat, pel que fa a alumnes amb greus dificultats d&#8217;audici\u00f3 i\/o llenguatge.
