Est\u00e0 constitu\u00eft per un equip de professionals que donen servei als centres educatius, al professorat, a l\u2019alumnat, a les fam\u00edlies i a la comunitat educativa en els diferents aspectes relacionats amb l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La finalitat b\u00e0sica \u00e9s contribuir a la millora de la qualitat de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 avan\u00e7ant en un model escolar inclusiu capa\u00e7 de donar resposta als reptes que planteja la societat actual, des d\u2019una perspectiva interdisciplin\u00e0ria i comunit\u00e0ria i en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb els centres educatius, als quals donen suport, i amb altres serveis i institucions de l\u2019entorn mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019oferta de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suport i assessorament en estrat\u00e8gies organitzatives, did\u00e0ctiques i metodol\u00f2giques per a l\u2019assoliment de les <strong>compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Suport en la <strong>tutoria i l\u2019orientaci\u00f3<\/strong> educativa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Detecci\u00f3 preco\u00e7<\/strong> de les dificultats d\u2019aprenentatge, socials, motrius i fer avaluacions psicopedag\u00f2giques.<\/li>\n<li>Assessorament sobre el proc\u00e9s d\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 en <strong>necessitats educatives espec\u00edfiques i especials<\/strong> (NEE).<\/li>\n<li>Assessorament sobre <strong>adaptacions curriculars individuals<\/strong> (CI).<\/li>\n<li>Suport en la <strong>prevenci\u00f3 de l\u2019abandonament escolar<\/strong> prematur.<\/li>\n<li>Suport en el tractament integrat de <strong>llengua i continguts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Planificaci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 del cat\u00e0leg de <strong>formaci\u00f3 del professorat<\/strong> de la zona.<\/li>\n<li>Suport i assessorament en did\u00e0ctica, <strong>innovaci\u00f3<\/strong> i\/o <strong>planificaci\u00f3<\/strong>: plans de millora, TAC, suport a la lectura\u2026<\/li>\n<li><strong>Servei de pr\u00e9stec<\/strong> de maquinari, materials, v\u00eddeos i textos especialitzats en temes educatius.<\/li>\n<li>Suport a <strong>projectes internacionals<\/strong> per al desenvolupament del <strong>pluriling\u00fcisme<\/strong> i de les <strong>compet\u00e8ncies comunicatives<\/strong> de l&#8217;alumnat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qui pot fer la demanda dels serveis?<\/h4>\n<p>El model d\u2019assessorament al qual es vol arribar t\u00e9 un enfocament sociocultural i constructivista que vetlla perqu\u00e8 cada centre educatiu desenvolupi al m\u00e0xim les seves potencialitats i que tingui al Servei Educatiu del Baix Pened\u00e8s com el referent m\u00e9s proper del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3. Fent un paral\u00b7lelisme amb el concepte de zona de desenvolupament proper, els centres educatius disposaran d\u2019una <strong>zona de desenvolupament institucional<\/strong> on, amb el suport de les assessories del Servei Educatiu del Baix Pened\u00e8s, es puguin establir amb major mesura unes propostes de millora de les que hagueren estat possibles sense aquesta ajuda.<\/p>\n<p>Per consolidar uns mecanismes \u00e0gils de resposta a les necessitats dels centres educatius, el Servei Educatiu del Baix Pened\u00e8s actuar\u00e0 a la zona des d\u2019una perspectiva sist\u00e8mica amb la posada en marxa de les sin\u00e8rgies que permeten la integraci\u00f3 dels diversos equips que el composen.<\/p>\n<p>El model d\u2019assessorament i orientaci\u00f3 del Servei Educatiu del Baix Pened\u00e8s es fonamenta en un pla d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 general, els plans d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfics en cada centre de la demarcaci\u00f3, les assessories, l\u2019espai virtual d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge, el recursos did\u00e0ctics i les fonts d\u2019informaci\u00f3, i els espais d\u2019intercanvi i comunicaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Els centres, mitjan\u00e7ant els seus equips de direcci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7lectius de docents, d\u2019especialitat, de nivell, d\u2019interessos, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Els docents directament.<\/li>\n<li>Altres entitats vinculades a l\u2019Educaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Servei Educatiu del Baix Pened\u00e8s del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya,\u00a0 \u00e9s un \u00f2rgan de suport permanent i assessorament t\u00e8cnic al professorat i als centres educatius, a les fam\u00edlies i a la comunitat educativa.
