{"id":8771,"date":"2022-01-25T09:25:27","date_gmt":"2022-01-25T08:25:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/?p=8771"},"modified":"2022-01-26T10:24:15","modified_gmt":"2022-01-26T09:24:15","slug":"fent-xarxa-0-3-formulari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/general\/fent-xarxa-0-3-formulari\/","title":{"rendered":"Fent xarxa 0-3: formulari"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Des del <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/categoria\/comunitat\/soac\/\">Servei d&#8217;Orientaci\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00c0mbit Comunitari<\/a> i en el marc del Pla Educatiu d&#8217;Entorn d&#8217;Esplugues tenim la voluntat de seguir fent xarxa i ampliar-la tamb\u00e9 en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit del 0 a 3.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit busquem desenvolupar un treball comunitari entre els diferents agents que duen a terme les seves tasques amb infants dintre d&#8217;aquest \u00e0mbit implicant a llars d&#8217;infants, espais familiars, salut, centres educatius d&#8217;infantil i prim\u00e0ria, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Per poder iniciar aquest treball comunitari i tenint en compte que properament s&#8217;iniciaran les portes obertes als centres educatius, volem con\u00e8ixer les inquietuds que les fam\u00edlies de P2 de les llars d&#8217;infants i dels espais familiars tenen respecte al canvi d&#8217;etapa que suposa l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;escola.
