{"id":8689,"date":"2021-12-13T08:47:20","date_gmt":"2021-12-13T07:47:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/?p=8689"},"modified":"2021-12-13T08:47:20","modified_gmt":"2021-12-13T07:47:20","slug":"lorientacio-com-a-eix-central-de-la-transformacio-educativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/general\/lorientacio-com-a-eix-central-de-la-transformacio-educativa\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;orientaci\u00f3 com a eix central de la transformaci\u00f3 educativa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El passat 30 de novembre la N\u00faria Mora, Secretaria de Transformaci\u00f3 Educativa, la Rut Ribes, Directora General d\u2019alumnat, i\u00a0 l\u2019\u00c0ngel Miguel, Director General de Formaci\u00f3 Professional, en <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/tm7O0winNdA\">roda de premsa<\/a> van presentar les novetats que el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 planteja per enfortir l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa i els esfor\u00e7os que s\u2019estan fent dins la Formaci\u00f3 Professional per poder oferir una orientaci\u00f3 de qualitat ajustada a les necessitats de l&#8217;alumnat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Han destacat la necessitat de <\/span><b>situar a l\u2019orientador\/a com a pe\u00e7a clau <\/b>en l\u2019acompanyament<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no nom\u00e9s de l\u2019alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 dels docents per aconseguir una aut\u00e8ntica transformaci\u00f3 educativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les <\/span><b>novetats i reptes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que s\u2019han plantejat durant la roda de premsa han estat les seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creaci\u00f3 de la Direcci\u00f3 General de l\u2019alumnat amb la voluntat de posar al centre els alumnes buscant aglutinar tots els aspectes que tenen a veure amb el seu acompanyament i orientaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creaci\u00f3 del Decret d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa per poder ordenar normativament l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 i dotar de m\u00e9s eines i recursos als centres, fet que permetr\u00e0 que aquesta orientaci\u00f3 arribi a l\u2019alumnat des del primer moment en el que s\u2019incorpora en el centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019enviar\u00e0 un q\u00fcestionari als orientadors de centre i a les direccions per poder analitzar com est\u00e0 la situaci\u00f3 en aquest \u00e0mbit i es crear\u00e0 un grup de treball per poder fer aportacions al nou decret d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es potenciar\u00e0 la formaci\u00f3 en educaci\u00f3 inclusiva i en orientaci\u00f3 cap a la formaci\u00f3 professionalitzadora, a m\u00e9s d\u2019oferir-se una informaci\u00f3 molt m\u00e9s acurada de l\u2019oferta disponible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S&#8217;inclour\u00e0 la figura de l\u2019orientador\/a a totes les etapes educatives (ESO, Batxillerat, Formaci\u00f3 Professional i Escola d\u2019Adults)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S&#8217;aplicaran mecanismes que afavoreixin la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat d\u2019una forma activa com element central per millorar la seva implicaci\u00f3 en el seu propi proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es buscar\u00e0 garantir el benestar emocional de l\u2019alumnat engegant les accions pertinents a partir de les dades recollides a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una enquesta an\u00f2nima. Aquesta es far\u00e0 arribar a tot l\u2019alumnat a partir de 5\u00e8 de prim\u00e0ria durant segon trimestre d\u2019aquest mateix curs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Sal\u00f3 de l\u2019Ensenyament es far\u00e0 presencialment del 16 al 20 de mar\u00e7. Durant el mes de febrer s\u2019oferiran 3 c\u00e0psules formatives amb les novetats i canvis per poder tenir els coneixements previs que s\u00f3n necessaris per poder acompanyar en l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 de forma adequada. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019oferir\u00e0 una formaci\u00f3 presencial durant el mes de mar\u00e7 per als orientadors que vulguin estar al estand del Sal\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una ag\u00e8ncia de Formaci\u00f3 Professional que permeti alinear l\u2019oferta formativa amb les necessitats del mercat laboral. Es faran accions que permetran donar visibilitat a sectors productius amb molta necessitat de m\u00e0 d\u2019obra per\u00f2 que tenen molt baixa demanda entre els itineraris formatius ofertats.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hi haur\u00e0 uns ambaixadors de la Formaci\u00f3 Professional, alumnes i exalumnes, que portaran la seva veu i experi\u00e8ncia en aquest \u00e0mbit a l\u2019ESO i al Batxillerat. Tamb\u00e9 es potenciaran els mentors d\u2019empresa perqu\u00e8 l\u2019alumnat pugui con\u00e8ixer les caracter\u00edstiques del m\u00f3n laboral i les seves implicacions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u2019ha destacat que s\u2019est\u00e0 treballant per donar una resposta curricular adequada per a tot l\u2019alumnat. En aquest sentit s\u2019estan revisant curr\u00edculums per ajustar-los i sostenir-los sobre sis pilars: competencial, educaci\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica de qualitat, Disseny Universal de l\u2019Aprenentatge (DUA), perspectiva de g\u00e8nere, benestar emocional i creaci\u00f3 d\u2019una ciutadania cr\u00edtica, democr\u00e0tica i compromesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reptes importants que veurem com s\u2019acaben concretant per\u00f2 que segueixen, segons el nostre parer, el cam\u00ed adequat, situant l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 educativa en el centre del proc\u00e9s d\u2019ensenyament-aprenentatge i no com un element m\u00e9s que el complementa. <strong>Els orientadors i orientadores han d\u2019esdevenir elements vertebradors d\u2019aquesta transformaci\u00f3 educativa<\/strong> tan necess\u00e0ria si volem continuar tenint un sistema educatiu de qualitat ajustat a les necessitats reals dels nostres infants i joves i de les seves
