Projecte d&#8217;\u00c0mbit Comunitari d&#8217;Absentisme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 19 de novembre ens van connectar m\u00e9s de 65 agents educatius d&#8217;Esplugues de Llobregat per participar en la <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/portada\/comissio-representativa-institucional-del-3-de-juny\/\">Comissi\u00f3 Representativa Institucional<\/a>, segona de l&#8217;any 2020. En la mateixa es va aprovar la mem\u00f2ria del <a href=\"http:\/\/pee.esplugues.cat\/pla-educatiu-dentorn-actuacions\/\">curs 2019-20<\/a>, el pla d&#8217;actuacions del curs 2020-21 i dos projectes d&#8217;\u00e0mbit comunitari: el d&#8217;orientaci\u00f3, que fonamenta les actuacions del <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/general\/servei-dorientacio-dambit-comunitari-soac\/\">SOAC<\/a> (Servei d&#8217;Orientaci\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00e0mbit Comunitari) i el d&#8217;<strong>absentisme<\/strong> en el que portem treballant des de 2017 i aprofitem per a presentar. <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu777\/2020\/12\/Protocol-3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7808 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu777\/2020\/12\/Protocol-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"209\" height=\"194\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El projecte d&#8217;\u00c0mbit Comunitari d&#8217;absentisme t\u00e9 com a <b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">Objectiu general<\/b> v<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">etllar per la plena escolaritzaci\u00f3 de tots els infants i joves d\u2019Esplugues de Llobregat dotant als centres educatius d\u2019una eina per prevenir, detectar i intervenir davant situacions d\u2019absentisme i aband\u00f3 escolar durant les diferents etapes d\u2019escolaritzaci\u00f3 obligat\u00f2ria des de una perspectiva comunit\u00e0ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I proposa els seg\u00fcents com a <b>objectius espec\u00edfics\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sensibilitzar a la comunitat educativa sobre la necessitat d\u2019exercir el ple dret a l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Facilitar la detecci\u00f3 de conductes absentistes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Potenciar les estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019acompanyament a l\u2019escolaritat per tal d\u2019aturar i revertir els processos d\u2019absentisme.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Difondre un circuit de coordinaci\u00f3 i treball en xarxa entre els diferents agents de la comunitat educativa implicats en els processos d\u2019absentisme i abandonament escolar\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Reduir la taxa d\u2019abandonament escolar prematur al final de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria i la no-escolaritzaci\u00f3, especialment en el pas de prim\u00e0ria a secund\u00e0ria.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Establir un marc de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 interadministratiu entre la Generalitat i els ajuntaments.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el projecte es comparteixen els indicadors d\u2019absentisme, els factors de prevenci\u00f3, es facilita taules de registre i es facilita un circuit d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 amb enlla\u00e7os amb els recursos adients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu777\/2020\/12\/Circuit.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7807\" src=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu777\/2020\/12\/Circuit.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"837\" height=\"581\" srcset=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu777\/2020\/12\/Circuit.png 837w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu777\/2020\/12\/Circuit-300x208.png 300w, https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu777\/2020\/12\/Circuit-768x533.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 837px) 100vw, 837px\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Per l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest document han col\u00b7laborat tots els integrants de la <a href=\"http:\/\/pee.esplugues.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Fitxes-PEE-2019-20-32.png\">comissi\u00f3 d&#8217;absentisme<\/a> i han participat de forma m\u00e9s intensiva els integrants del grup de treball de prevenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;absentisme, un grup interdisciplinari que aporta la mirada i experi\u00e8ncia des de cada \u00e0mbit de com afrontar l&#8217;absentisme. Gr\u00e0cies a aquest grup de treball el projecte ha afegit novetats importants com \u00e9s la import\u00e0ncia de la prevenci\u00f3 que el SOAC vol incidir-hi, i les accions per la reincorporaci\u00f3 al centre i a l&#8217;aula.
