{"id":7126,"date":"2020-05-27T12:46:25","date_gmt":"2020-05-27T10:46:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/?p=7126"},"modified":"2020-05-27T12:46:25","modified_gmt":"2020-05-27T10:46:25","slug":"interessos-i-necessitats-formatives-de-lalumnat-participant-en-el-pae-desplugues-de-llobregat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/portada\/interessos-i-necessitats-formatives-de-lalumnat-participant-en-el-pae-desplugues-de-llobregat\/","title":{"rendered":"Interessos i necessitats formatives de l&#8217;alumnat participant en el PAE d\u2019Esplugues de Llobregat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des del <a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/categoria\/pee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Pla Educatiu d&#8217;Entorn<\/strong><\/a> es va impulsar i dissenyar un q\u00fcestionari per recollir els interessos i necessitats de l\u2019alumnat participant en els<strong> tallers PAE<\/strong> (Projecte d\u2019Acompanyament Educatiu) del municipi d&#8217;Esplugues de Llobregat. Aquest curs participen en el projecte 14 centres educatius de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019objectiu del q\u00fcestionari era triple: d\u2019una banda, voliem recollir els interessos de l\u2019alumnat per ajustar l\u2019oferta de tallers diversificats del PAE i, de l&#8217;altre, interpel\u00b7lar a l&#8217;alumnat sobre les seves necessitats formatives i finalment dissenyar i validar un q\u00fcestionari que recull informaci\u00f3 molt interessant i que despr\u00e9s podiem compartir amb els centres educatius d\u2019Esplugues que fins ara no recollien aquesta informaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El q\u00fcestionari es va realitzar durant el segon trimestre del curs 2019-20 en els tallers PAE en els centres educatius, amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 dels monitors i monitores de les entitats que hi participen (Esplai Pubilla cases, Esplai Espurnes i Fundaci\u00f3 Pere Tarres). Sorpr\u00e8n el 22% que identifiquen la seva necessitat en les lleng\u00fces (catal\u00e0 i castell\u00e0). L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 formativa i formadora ha de aconseguir que l\u2019alumnat sigui protagonista del seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge i que identifiqui en all\u00f2 que ha de millorar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb aquesta informaci\u00f3 els tallers PAE poden concentrar esfor\u00e7os en centrar-nos en all\u00f2 que m\u00e9s necessiten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Algunes conclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acabem amb algunes conclusions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cal dir que un dels elements m\u00e9s interessants que ha generat el formulari va ser l&#8217;inter\u00e8s pels participants per omplir-lo, per expressar la seva opini\u00f3 i pensem que pot ser una bona eina per a detectar i ajustar l\u2019oferta d\u2019activitats aix\u00ed com de promoure la participaci\u00f3 dels infants i joves.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Els interessos expressats pels alumnes on hi ha m\u00e9s consens entre nois i noies s\u00f3n l\u2019esport, la m\u00fasica i arts pl\u00e0stiques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Les altres activitats que realitzen s\u00f3n normalment de dilluns a divendres i les esportives s\u00f3n les majorit\u00e0ries (futbol, basquet, rugbi, gimn\u00e0s, piscina o boxa).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Les necessitats formatives expressades en \u00e0rees \u00e9s s\u00f3n matem\u00e0tiques (operacions matem\u00e0tiques, c\u00e0lcul matem\u00e0tic i resoluci\u00f3 de problemes) i angl\u00e8s (listening, expressi\u00f3 oral i expressi\u00f3 escrita).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Es valida l&#8217;instrument com una eina \u00fatil i pr\u00e0ctica que es<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> compartir\u00e0 als centres per a que ho implementen.
