passat dijous 7 de maig el webinar <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbofill.cat\/videos\/connectar-se-amb-lescola-que-funciona-en-la-lluita-contra-labsentisme-escolar\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Connectar-se amb l\u2019escola: qu\u00e8 funciona en la lluita contra l\u2019absentisme escolar?<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on es van exposar les conclusions d\u2019un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbofill.cat\/publicacions\/son-efectius-els-programes-de-lluita-contra-labsentisme-escolar\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estudi<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que ha analitzat l\u2019impacte sobre l\u2019absentisme que ha tingut l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de programes, plans i protocols desenvolupats en diferents indrets del m\u00f3n i que treballen per fer-hi front.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu777\/2020\/05\/Captura.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En l\u00ednies generals l\u2019estudi destaca els seg\u00fcents elements:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-La necessitat de partir d\u2019un <\/span><b>consens en la definici\u00f3 d\u2019absentisme<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> entre els diferents centres educatius i dotar-los d\u2019unes <\/span><b>eines de registre<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que en permetin analitzar-ne les dades reals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Treballar des de la seva <\/span><b>prevenci\u00f3 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">partint d\u2019uns indicadors que ens facilitin la seva identificaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Establir mecanismes que puguin donar resposta a les necessitats de cada alumne fugint dels protocols r\u00edgids i desenvolupant <\/span><b>mesures d\u2019acollida<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Cal <\/span><b>implicar-hi a les fam\u00edlies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per con\u00e8ixer, a m\u00e9s,\u00a0 el paper que juguen en aquest absentisme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Parar<\/span><b> especial atenci\u00f3 en les etapes de transici\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i augmentar-ne l\u2019acompanyament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Les i<\/span><b>ntervencions comunit\u00e0ries<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00f3n les m\u00e9s eficaces per reconduir aquesta mena de situacions on diferents agents tan dins com fora del centre educatiu treballen de forma coordinada.<a <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el webinar tamb\u00e9 hi van participar agents del tercer sector i de centres educatius que van exposar la necessitat de<\/span><b> seguir treballant des de la xarxa educativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per fer front a un possible augment de situacions d\u2019absentisme i abandonament degut a l\u2019impacte de la crisi econ\u00f2mica i la bretxa educativa que la situaci\u00f3 de confinament generar\u00e0. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s important en aquest context <\/span><b>augmentar el suport i acompanyament a tots els infants i joves<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, especialment els de fam\u00edlies m\u00e9s vulnerables, des de la proximitat i actuant en
