Llobregat<\/a> que han treballat dins del programa\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/xtec.gencat.cat\/ca\/projectes\/apadrinemnostrepatrimoni\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Apadrinem el nostre patrimoni<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Endinseu-vos en el meravell\u00f3s m\u00f3n medieval amb la visita al <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/dinamitzacio\/apadriem-el-nostre-patrimoni\/exposicio-del-claustre-d-montsio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Claustre de Montsi\u00f3<\/a><\/strong> i consulteu el treball dels nois i les noies de l&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceip-lola-anglada-esplugues\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Escola Lola Anglada<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Passejeu-vos pel n\u00facli antic de la ciutat, visiteu les seves masies i, en concret, conegueu la hist\u00f2ria de <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/general\/apadrinem-can-cortada-al-blume\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Can Cortada<\/a><\/strong>, amb la informaci\u00f3 elaborada pels alumnes de l<a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/iesblume\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8216;<strong>Institut Joaquim Blume<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Conegueu l&#8217;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/serveiseducatius.xtec.cat\/baixllobregat8\/portada\/la-historia-sense-subjecte-i-apadrinem-la-nosta-escola\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">emblem\u00e0tic edifici<\/a><\/strong> de l&#8217;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.escolesgarbi.cat\/esplugues\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">escola Garb\u00ed<\/a><\/strong>, amb el rigur\u00f3s
