Una d\u2019aquestes condicions \u00e9s la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019uns espais comuns de trobada que propicien la connexi\u00f3 entre diferents \u00e0rees de coneixement. La frontera entre ci\u00e8ncia i lleng\u00fces, o entre matem\u00e0tiques, tecnologia i medi social, afavoreix els processos creatius i innovadors que permeten la posada en pr\u00e0ctica de noves estrat\u00e8gies organitzatives i metodol\u00f2giques, i de nous materials d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i>El\u00a0<b>CESIRE<\/b>\u00a0\u00e9s el centre de suport a la innovaci\u00f3 i la recerca del Departament d\u2019Ensenyament i integra docents de diferents \u00e0rees de coneixement i diverses etapes educatives en un mateix espai de treball i amb objectius comuns. L&#8217;<b>Institut Baix Montseny<\/b>\u00a0\u00e9s un centre educatiu de Sant Celoni que es caracteritza per un projecte integrador i motivador basat en el treball per projectes, en el que es potencia l&#8217;autonomia de l&#8217;alumnat. L&#8217;<b>Escola Arenal de Llevant<\/b>\u00a0proposa la integraci\u00f3 de continguts mitjan\u00e7ant el treball a partir de projectes interdisciplinaris i racons que parteixen del coneixements previs dels alumnes i dels seus centres d&#8217;inter\u00e8s.\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i>En aquesta conversa compartirem l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de treball d&#8217;aquests\u00a0tres centres on moltes de les propostes i dels projectes emergeixen i es desenvolupen en la frontera entre diversos \u00e0mbits curriculars.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els conductors de la conversa seran: Llu\u00eds Mora i N\u00faria Carrillo del CESIRE, \u00a0Eul\u00e0lia Griset i Toni Otero de
