La guia d&#8217;\u00fas ajuda a estructurar i dinamitzar les activitats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El kit\u00a0<span class=\"Estilo39\">IDENTITAT<\/span>\u00a0permet treballar la valoraci\u00f3 de les qualitats personals i l&#8217;autoestima, el reconeixement de les emocions i els sentiments que acompanyen els nostres actes. Proposa exercicis per millorar la concentraci\u00f3 i aprendre a relaxar-se i t\u00e8cniques d&#8217;interioritzaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>El kit\u00a0<span class=\"Estilo39\">CONVIV\u00c8NCIA<\/span>\u00a0inclou exercicis d&#8217;empatia per millorar la connexi\u00f3 i la comprensi\u00f3 dels altres, ajuda a desenvolupar el treball en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i introdueix estrat\u00e8gies de resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes.<\/li>\n<li>El kit\u00a0<span class=\"Estilo39\">RESPONSABILITAT<\/span>\u00a0ens convida a reflexionar sobre els mecanismes de la responsabilitat, aborda la gesti\u00f3 de situacions d&#8217;elevada c\u00e0rrega emocional i proposa un exemple concret: la responsabilitat envers el medi ambient a partir de
