Serveis Territorials<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Omplir el nou model de conveni<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incloure dades del centre i de l\u2019entitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gestionar la signatura de:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019entitat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019ajuntament o consell comarcal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Centres educatius<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Signatura per part de la direcci\u00f3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rebre el conveni<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>En aquells municipis on hi hagi PEE, els centres educatius que ofereixen el Servei Comunitari en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb una entitat externa no han d\u2019elaborar convenis entre el centre i l\u2019entitat.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, i les activitats de l\u2019alumnat que se\u2019n derivin, queden cobertes en el marc del PEE de la ciutat.
