Aquest marc serveix com a guia <\/strong>per a la formaci\u00f3 inicial i cont\u00ednua <\/strong>del professorat, aix\u00ed com per al desenvolupament de la seva carrera professional.<\/strong> El marc afavoreix la reflexi\u00f3 personal, l\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3<\/strong> i el marc per la feina compartida<\/strong> entre docents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aqu\u00ed us relacionem les 7 compet\u00e8ncies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Planificaci\u00f3 i avaluaci\u00f3 de l\u2019acci\u00f3 educativa en el marc del projecte de centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Pr\u00e0ctica educativa per a l\u2019aprenentatge en entorns i contextos diversos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Doc\u00e8ncia informada en l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia per a la millora educativa.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Compet\u00e8ncia digital docent per viure i conviure en un m\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Compet\u00e8ncia comunicativa en diferents contextos socioling\u00fc\u00edstics i socioculturals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Compet\u00e8ncia socioemocional per contribuir al benestar com\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Desenvolupament professional per a una actuaci\u00f3 compromesa amb l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aquesta darrera compet\u00e8ncia docent englobaria la resta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
