Sota el lema: <strong>&#8220;El nou curr\u00edculum, una oportunitat per a la reflexi\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica&#8221;<\/strong>, aquesta trobada ha marcat un punt de partida essencial per als equips impulsors compromesos amb la innovaci\u00f3 als seus centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El Focus: Repensant la Complexitat a l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada s&#8217;ha centrat a reflexionar sobre la complexitat del m\u00f3n actual a les nostres institucions educatives. Hem encetat el debat a partir de la inspiraci\u00f3 dels v\u00eddeos de <strong>Fernando Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, utilitzant el &#8220;tiquet de sortida&#8221; com a eina per compartir idees clau i propostes de treball al centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Els Objectius<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest any, la Xarxa de Compet\u00e8ncies es focalitza en tres grans pilars per a la millora cont\u00ednua de l&#8217;aprenentatge competencial:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Revisar les pr\u00e0ctiques d&#8217;aula<\/strong> d&#8217;acord amb la did\u00e0ctica pr\u00f2pia de cada eix\/\u00e0rea\/mat\u00e8ria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consolidar l&#8217;Avaluaci\u00f3 Formativa i la Metacognici\u00f3:<\/strong> Per afavorir l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d&#8217;aprenentatges amb una mirada competencial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fomentar el Desenvolupament Professional Docent:<\/strong> Promoure el lideratge compartit i l&#8217;aprenentatge mitjan\u00e7ant la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre iguals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Tasca Clau dels Equips Impulsors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La tasca central dels equips ser\u00e0 <strong>documentar una pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;aula<\/strong> que visibilitzi l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 dels objectius del pla de treball de la xarxa alineats amb la PGA del centre. Es prioritzaran les pr\u00e0ctiques en les \u00e0rees de <strong>Ci\u00e8ncies Experimentals, Ci\u00e8ncies Socials o Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, l&#8217;<strong>observaci\u00f3 entre iguals<\/strong> ser\u00e0 una eina fonamental de creixement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agra\u00efm l&#8217;energia, la dedicaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;esperit d&#8217;aprenentatge compartit de tots els participants.
