Aix\u00f2 inclou tant els qui no han completat l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica (educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria) com aquells que l&#8217;han finalitzada per\u00f2 no han continuat amb la segona etapa d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria (formaci\u00f3 postobligat\u00f2ria) ni segueixen cap mena d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 o formaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Segons l&#8217;AEP de 2023, la taxa d&#8217;abandonament escolar a Catalunya \u00e9s del 14,8% de mitjana, mentre que la Uni\u00f3 Europea ha establert com a objectiu reduir-la fins al 9% abans de l&#8217;any 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, segons les dades del RALC (Registre d&#8217;Alumnes de Catalunya) del curs 2021-2022, el percentatge d&#8217;abandonament varia segons els ensenyaments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>als cicles de grau mitj\u00e0 de formaci\u00f3 professional arriba al 23,6%<\/li>\n<li>a 3r d&#8217;ESO se situa en el 4,7%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mesures per reduir l&#8217;abandonament escolar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;incrementar el nombre d&#8217;alumnes que finalitzen els ensenyaments postobligatoris, s&#8217;est\u00e0 implementant el Pla de xoc contra l&#8217;abandonament escolar, que pret\u00e9n reduir aquesta taxa per sota del 9%. Entre les estrat\u00e8gies d&#8217;aquest pla, destaca la cessi\u00f3 de dades dels alumnes als ens locals per abordar la situaci\u00f3 de manera coordinada mitjan\u00e7ant el treball en xarxa. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;han incorporat 52 educadors socials als Serveis Educatius per acompanyar els joves en els seus itineraris personals. Aquests professionals formen part de la xarxa socioeducativa i sumen esfor\u00e7os i recursos per combatre aquest fenomen.<\/p>\n<p>Des del passat mes d\u2019octubre, els Serveis Educatius del Baix Llobregat Nord, a Martorell, ja compten amb una educadora social referent en mat\u00e8ria d\u2019abandonament escolar. Aquesta professional treballa conjuntament i de manera coordinada amb altres agents i professionals de la xarxa socioeducativa del municipi i dels centres educatius.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, aquest principi de 2025, els professionals han comen\u00e7at a contactar amb els joves que van finalitzar l&#8217;ESO el curs 2023-2024 i que no estan matriculats en cap estudi reglat a Catalunya, amb la intenci\u00f3 de fer-ne un seguiment i facilitar-los opcions formatives.<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquestes accions, el Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 vol garantir m\u00e9s suport als joves i reduir l&#8217;abandonament escolar, alineant-se amb els objectius de la Uni\u00f3 Europea per al 2030.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amb l&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;incrementar el nombre
