\u00e9s una <strong>eina de presentaci\u00f3 dels elements curriculars<\/strong> que pot ser \u00fatil <strong>per analitzar fins a quin punt els aprenentatges que s\u2019estan desenvolupant a l\u2019escola<\/strong> es corresponen amb els que recull el curr\u00edculum i <strong>decidir,<\/strong> de manera col\u00b7legiada, <strong>com es poden incorporar aquells aprenentatges que pensem que no hi s\u00f3n presents.<\/strong> Tamb\u00e9 <strong>proporciona una lectura dels sabers<\/strong> i dels <strong>criteris d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 de manera progressiva.<\/strong> Finalment, pot ser \u00fatil per facilitar la presa de decisions als equips docents en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 dels plans de suport individualitzat<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
