Est\u00e0 especialitzat en\u00a0treball amb adolescents amb problemes de comportament, frac\u00e0s escolar o consum problem\u00e0tic de drogues.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s assessor en la resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes entre pares i fills.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;any 1987 s&#8217;incorpor\u00e0 a la carrera docent i\u00a0el curs 1988-1989 el van destinar a l&#8217;<strong>Institut Joan Mir\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0 de l&#8217;Hospitalet de Llobregat, on treball\u00e0 en l&#8217;experimentaci\u00f3 del nou model educatiu, desenvolupant durant els primers cursos curr\u00edculums de Tecnologia i de Tecnologia Aplicada a alumnes desmotivats i que no seguien el ritme normal de les classes a les UAC (Unitats d&#8217;Adaptaci\u00f3 Curricular).<\/p>\n<p>Una altra destinaci\u00f3 ca ser l&#8217;<strong>Institut Les Marines<\/strong> de Castelldefels on ha\u00a0treballat com a tutor en el projecte <strong>Aula Oberta<\/strong> durant 8 anys, fent-se c\u00e0rrec dels alumnes desmotivats, amb baixa autoestima, conflictius o en risc d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 social i usant\u00a0una metodologia basada en els valors, el talent, la creativitat i el treball en equip.<\/p>\n<p>La seva\u00a0experi\u00e8ncia en el treball amb adolescents problem\u00e0tics, des de l&#8217;equip &#8220;Aprender a Educar&#8221; que codirigeix amb\u00a0<strong>Pedro Garc\u00eda Aguado<\/strong>, considera b\u00e0sica l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 familiar com a factor de protecci\u00f3 per prevenir possibles dificultats en relaci\u00f3 als fills, com el frac\u00e0s escolar, problemes de conducta o el consum problem\u00e0tic de drogues. Recordem que aquests problemes es gesten durant la infantesa i es manifesten en l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia. Per aix\u00f2 cal fomentar les\u00a0habilitats educatives per a pares i per tal d&#8217;aplicar-les, als fills, des de la infantesa, fet que ajuda a millorar les relacions en la fam\u00edlia i a prevenir els\u00a0problemes ja esmentats.<\/p>\n<p>La proposta consta de tallers d&#8217;entrenament per a fam\u00edlies, tallers d&#8217;entrenament per a fam\u00edlies on-line i confer\u00e8ncies. Amb l&#8217;objecte d&#8217;ajudar als pares i mares en el proc\u00e9s educatiu dels seus fills i filles. Un projecte que es basa en reduir els factors de risc i potenciar els factors de protecci\u00f3 dels pares als fills.<\/p>\n<p>Amb Pedro Garc\u00eda Aguado ha publicat:<\/p>\n<p><a
