Qu\u00e8 pot fer el professorat per utilitzar les notes de forma efectiva? Com incideixen les expectatives del professorat en l&#8217;\u00e8xit o el frac\u00e0s escolar? En quina mesura aquestes expectatives determinen les traject\u00f2ries educatives\u00a0de l&#8217;alumnat? \u00c9s important assegurar-se que les expectatives formulades pels estudiants s\u00f3n realistes? Els alumnes que esperen obtenir un t\u00edtol universitari mostren un rendiment significativament millor en matem\u00e0tiques o lectura? En molts pa\u00efsos les expectatives d&#8217;acabar una carrera universit\u00e0ria es corresponen amb el rendiment\u00a0dels alumnes? Qu\u00e8 es pot fer des del sistema escolar?<\/p>\n<p>Sobre aquesta i altres preguntes directament relacionades amb la necessitat de millorar les expectatives d&#8217;\u00e8xit de l&#8217;alumnat, versar\u00e0 la confer\u00e8ncia de la Dra. Jacint Verdaguer 105-113<\/a> de Sant Vicen\u00e7 dels Horts)<br \/>\n<strong>Destinataris<\/strong><br \/>\nprofessorat, administradors de l&#8217;Educaci\u00f3, professionals de serveis a les persones, pares i mares d&#8217;alumnes.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Aina Tarabin<\/strong>i \u00e9s doctora en sociologia per la Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona.\u00a0 Des de l\u2019any 2002 \u00e9s membre del SAPS on ha treballat en qualitat de bec\u00e0ria FPU en diferents projectes d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 tals com:\u00a0\u201cGlobalitzaci\u00f3 i desigualtats a Am\u00e8rica Llatina\u201d i \u201cM\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la focalizaci\u00f3n: Educaci\u00f3n, desarrollo y lucha contra la pobreza en el Cono Sur\u201d.\u00a0Ha realitzat diverses estades de recerca a centres europeus, entre els que destaquen la\u00a0<em>Graduate School of Education<\/em>\u00a0(Bristol) i\u00a0<em>l\u2019Institute of Education\u00a0<\/em>(Londres). Actualment \u00e9s professora lectora del Departament de Sociologia de la UAB. Les seves l\u00ednies actuals d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n: analitzar l\u2019impacte dels processos de globalitzaci\u00f3 sobre les pol\u00edtiques i els sistemes educatius (tant als pa\u00efsos del \u201csud\u201d com del \u201cnord\u201d), investigar les relacions entre\u00a0 pol\u00edtiques educatives i pol\u00edtiques de lluita contra la pobresa\u00a0 i estudiar els processos de re-contextualitzaci\u00f3 de les agendes globals i les pol\u00edtiques nacionals a\u00a0 nivell escolar<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tesi doctoral<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tarabini, A.
