T\u00e9 com a finalitat contribuir a l\u2019actualitzaci\u00f3 metodol\u00f2gica del professorat dels centres, donant valor a la seva experi\u00e8ncia i saber, per afavorir l\u2019increment de l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta formaci\u00f3 suposa un proc\u00e9s col\u00b7lectiu de reflexi\u00f3 i dinamitzaci\u00f3 interna a partir de con\u00e8ixer i recon\u00e8ixer en quins aspectes es pot millorar i \u00e9s prioritari avan\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p>Per al desenvolupament de la FIC el Departament d\u2019Ensenyament facilita als centres:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; eines d\u2019autodiagnosi<br \/>\n&#8211; materials de formaci\u00f3<br \/>\n&#8211; protocols i instruments d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>Clicant \u00a0<a title=\"fic\" href=\"http:\/\/www.xtec.cat\/web\/formacio\/fic\/ITINERARIS\" target=\"_blank\">AQU\u00cd<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0disposareu de tota la informaci\u00f3 sobre aquest extrem\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.xtec.cat\/web\/formacio\/formacio_interna\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Requisits de la FIC<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9s important entendre aquesta formaci\u00f3 com un proc\u00e9s per avan\u00e7ar col\u00b7lectivament en l\u2019enfortiment de la cultura del centre.<br \/>\nPer tant, requereix:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El consens previ entre l\u2019equip directiu i l\u2019equip docent. \u00c9s important que els equips directius presentin i expliquin el sentit d\u2019aquesta formaci\u00f3 a les persones del claustre o dels departaments did\u00e0ctics.<\/li>\n<li>El comprom\u00eds i la participaci\u00f3 d\u2019una majoria del professorat del centre.<\/li>\n<li>Un equip de coordinaci\u00f3, que tindr\u00e0 el comprom\u00eds de liderar la proposta formativa del centre. Estar\u00e0 constitu\u00eft, com a m\u00e0xim, per tres persones del centre, entre les quals n\u2019hi ha d\u2019haver alguna de l\u2019equip directiu.<\/li>\n<li>Adquirir el comprom\u00eds d\u2019elaborar una carpeta de formaci\u00f3 que reculli evid\u00e8ncies del treball fet en les diferents fases de l\u2019itinerari.
