El tel\u00e8fon de suport far\u00e0 un triple servei d’atenci\u00f3 i atendr\u00e0 tant q\u00fcestions sobre els materials com sobre formaci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica, aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 d’assessorament pedag\u00f2gic. Els problemes t\u00e8cnics, sobretot de connexi\u00f3 a internet, i la falta de diversitat s\u00f3n les principals preocupacions dels estudiants que participen en el projecte.<\/p>\n

L’arribada dels ordinadors per als escolars, que acompanya el projecte de digitalitzaci\u00f3 de les aules, rebr\u00e0 el suport d’un nou sistema d’atenci\u00f3 telef\u00f2nica. Quan fa un mes de l’inici del curs escolar, Jaume Graells, director general d’Educaci\u00f3 B\u00e0sica i Batxillerat, ha explicat que es posar\u00e0 a disposici\u00f3 dels docents un tel\u00e8fon per resoldre problemes t\u00e8cnics, pedag\u00f2gics i sobre els materials.<\/p>\n

El departament tamb\u00e9 vol retocar el sistema de formaci\u00f3 dels docents, de manera que els que ja tenen experi\u00e8ncia vagin a ensenyar a les classes on tot just comencen. A l’IES Joan Coromines de Barcelona, el director ha reconegut que la formaci\u00f3 dels docents \u00e9s el punt m\u00e9s feble de la digitalitzaci\u00f3. “Tenim problemes amb els professors. Costa usar una pissarra digital. N’hem d’aprendre amb ells”, ha reconegut el director sobre l’aprenentatge que fan els professors alhora que el que fan els alumnes.<\/p>\n

Molts dels centres que ja tenen les classes digitalitzades, com el Salvador Espriu de Salt, per\u00f2 es queixen dels problemes amb la connexi\u00f3 a la xarxa. All\u00e0 s’han trobat amb “llic\u00e8ncies que no acaben de ser correctes, connexions que no acaben de rutllar i que s’hauria de solucionar en un termini molt curt”.<\/p>\n

El pla de digitalitzaci\u00f3 de les aules ha d’arribar aquest curs a 325 centres educatius de Prim\u00e0ria i Secund\u00e0ria i a m\u00e9s de 33.000 alumnes.<\/p>\n
